Iceland trip
Just booked a 3 night trip to Iceland as a surprise for my partners birthday. Akeshi went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to the trip next year and will add another review then.

Great service from Aiden
Aiden at BLV was fantastic right from the beginning. I usually book with Southall Travels but the service Aiden provided now means I'll be doing any further bookings with BLV. He tailored the package to how I wanted it and still kept the prices competitive, ensuring I got the best deal. He had my families best interest and was very patient. Great service, will be booking again!

Akeshi has been a fantastic help in aiding me to organise a trip to Malaysia with my daughter next year!! I have had endless questions, numerous hotel changes and a few additions here and there (sorry!) But the patience shown and details given have been brilliant!!

Overall i had a very positive experience sorting a holiday for a 10 year wedding anniversary. Dina was extremley helpful with arranging what I was looking for in Iceland and assisted with finding experiences and accodomadation. She was honest when i raised a concern with transfers and was empathetic and listened well when I had any other concerns or issues and helped me plan activities throughout the duration of our stay. I really appreciated her assistance and knowledge, also response time to any queries I had was always prompt.

How a booking a holiday should feel like!
From the moment I put the enquiry until I got the confirmation Hannah was fantastic. She made sure that the trip is exactly as was fitting for us. Not only that, but they were very honest with what is possible; not selling for the sake of selling. The entire experience felt personal which made it easier to ask the questions I needed to ask.
All in all Hannah was absolutely 💯 👌 Brilliant!!!

Fantastic booking experience with Sophie!
I came across Blue Lotus Vacations UK whilst googling Japan trips. We are booking this trip for our son’s 16th birthday as it’s his dream to go to Japan.
I didn’t know where to start so reached out to Blue Lotus and was connected with Sophie!
Sophie was absolutely amazing, so efficient, friendly and extremely professional, creating the most perfect Japan Itinerary and travel arrangements for us. I asked Sophie to tweak a few things and felt I was being a bit picky at times but she had no issue what so ever and did this for me so quickly.
This is a big trip and obviously a lot of money to pay but Sophie gave me full confidence. We cannot wait for our trip in 2028! Thank you Sophie x

I was happy that I booked to go to Disneyland Paris with boyfriend next year September 2027 as we saw a good deal on Facebook and Instagram. I was happy they included bed and breakfast and theme parks and the hotel. Paul who works in trustpilot helped me with the booking which he was really helpful with.
