Micaela a very kind employee, helped me out on October 4TH. I was confused about creating my profile and updating it and she was able to provided me a great customer service. She explained me well, and her patience and expertise made all the process very smooth and easy to fulfill all what I needed to do. Also she follow up the next day with an email indicating what else was apparently missing of my information. Great employee, outstanding customer service, the most important very patience to assist, which is a very important skill with people who has struggles with technology. They were very polite, answered any questions that I had and explained everything that they and I were signing.

It was easy and convenient. The verification process was a bit over the top. It was asking detailed questions about addresses that I have not lived at in 30 years. It should use a more limited time frame, or allow the end user to request a different question. Otherwise the 2 minute time frame thing times out.

Dimitry was Amazing! I had such difficulty on my end with my computer and phone but he didn't give up on me! Dimitry was able to resolve my issue with such patience and professionalism. I can't thank him enough. The witnesses were also very patient with me. I cannot Thank everyone enough!
