While my annual premium had gone down, she was able to give me better coverage for the same price I had been paying last year. She also brought attention to jewelry items I had not added. Benjamin Nunez made my life so much easier assisting me with an issue that wasnt even a situation he had to get involved in. i traded a car and the my registration, tag transfer and title was a mess. Benjamin worked with the MD MVA to make sure they had the correct information for my insurance, stopped me from getting a fine for uninsured motorist and followed up with me continually to be sure that i was getting things resolved. He was also very helpful when i was shopping my car insurance and home coverage. he is the reason my coverage stayed with Travelers. Thank you again Benjamin.
