I would give a zero star if possible
I would give a zero star if possible. We reached out last week and S.W. said our loan would be determined within 24 hours. Three days passed and we continued to reach out to S.W. We provided all of the information he requested and we continued to get emails requesting the same information. We texted him and called him on an update twice and he continued to say everything would be processed that day or the next day. This never happened. He stopped accepting our calls and stopped responding to texts. What a joke he is as well as this company.
In response to Bluestone Funding Group's reply:
Yes, there were actually two holidays involved while we were in communication about potential funding.
The poor review was a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism from S.W., not the fact that we did not get approved for funding.
I have texts stating that S.W. would let us know that day or the next. No communication for several days. When we reached back out, S.W. finally text back after several attempts to prompt his communication, stating that he would let us know. I pressed him on an exact timeline of how long it would take to hear back from him. S.W. stated it would be by tomorrow, which never happened. I reached out again and got no answer or response. It was not until I left my initial review did I receive a response from S.W. He still stated he was trying to get it processed with several investors. WHAT????
This was a negative experience, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating and preventable. As pesky as it appears to be to S.W., customers expect professionals to do what they commit to doing, in actions, communication, etc.
