Money on hold. NO response from BNA
I withdrew money from Bodog and received an email that I would receive another email on Sept. 29, 2023. I spoke to Bodog agent and advised that I would have to reach out to Interact. I spoke to an agent there and was told that I need to reach out to my bank or BNA payment system, as Interact told me that the withdrawn money was "on hold". I spoke to my bank and they informed me that they do not see any on hold amount. I sent an email to BNA twice and no response. I tried calling and on their phone states "No available agents".

We have been using BNA terminals for over 15 years. During that time, we found their technical staff to be extremely well trained and knowledgeable about the devices.
The staff is helpful to quickly determine the problem and rectify the situation. If a terminal was to be replaced, it was prepared and shipped same day and at our location first thing next morning.
Being in the retail business, this was very important to us. Thank you to all the staff at BNA and looking forward to many years ahead.

Prompt and Courteous Experience
Recently I made an etransfer transaction that need to be reversed due to my own error. I emailed the support team and they were quick to respond with instructions on how to go about resolving this issue. After following their instructions the money was back in my account almost immediately. Kudos!

What happened!?!
I'm so confused. I'm not sure what happened but I have 500$ missing from my account and I never made a transfer! I'm crying right now, I don't know how the money was taken. I don't suggest anyone take up there offer because it's clearly a scam!

I received a random text msg stating the following
August 29 "Finishing up working i am gonna send you the money now thanks again" I ignored this as i did not request anything from anyone....
Sept 6 - BNA wrote again even after i ignored their first text msg to me "good morning let me know when you get the money thanks again"
Sept 6 - Me- "who is this"
sept 6 BNA wrote - "link apparently not allowed ......./bnasmartpay.ca"
I then decided to look them up and saw all these reviews of scammm....
beware of them!!!

Unauthorized debit from account - filing police report
Received an unsolicited request for $200 from this company. It appears they had access to the email account it was sent to and it was approved within minutes of it being sent before we could decline the request. Filed a complaint with our bank and now filing a police report for this blatantly illegal scam.

BNA PAYMENT SERVICES PRACTICES UNLAWFULLY IN CANADA
So the first time at JUSTIN'S casino it came up with "Direct Debit" for an interact transaction waited 6 days after accepted &verification, I recieved an email says transaction not approved. So on Saturday morning I go to Big Dollar and tried to do an etransfer AGAIN BNA and bank emailed me confirmations. Well I wrote 2 emails & called (wasted time) Now it's Monday and I haven't been on the casino yet they still holding my money at the BNA payment services. I've spent them there screenshot from their system as well as my Banks haven't heard back So if your wanting to etransfer I suggest Gigidat payments for interac deposits or etransfers. Never had an issue with Gigidat.

BNA takes e-transfers from Tonybet customers and gives nothing in return
I was playing on Tonybet casino, I deposited once, everything fine, the 2nd deposit, it came up as BNA smartpayments on behalf of Tonybet, I processed the $100 e-transfer and nothing was credited to my account, I wasn't able to add the code that they give you with every e-transfer but I assumed it would go through....NOT!! 4 months later, I have been blocked from Tonybet and BNA Smartpayments won't return a call in Canada. I want my money back before I get the authorities involved and my lawyer.

100% Scam ALERT
100% Scam ALERT. they made it look like they were sending me $10 however when I accepted by depositing it into my account they TOOK the money and direct deposited into their account. BEWARE this is a SCAM.

YUP 100% Scam, DO NOT USE!
Im with that other guy. DO NOT USE! Read the review and should have taken buddy into consideration. Longgg story short, nothing got solved and im out $250. SCAM Don't bother with them, figure out a different method to transfer to vendors. Cause these people will take your money and leave you in the dust. DO NOT USE

AMAZING customer service
AMAZING customer service. I have been dealing with a company who BNA processes money transfers for and long story short i made a transfer through with that company and unfortunately my deposit got taken from my bank but never made it to my bankroll.
This company who i made the payment with has no phone number to call, takes 24 hours to respond to emails. I finally figure out BNA is the company who processes the payments and i was able to talk to someone instantly from the company and come up with a solution. I am still waiting for my funds but they will be cleared soon. Customer service was amazing.. thanks guys!!

Had a sudden programming issue with our machines that was totally unexpected and caused us to not have any POS for a few days. BNA did ship replacement machines and after a day and did reprogram our original machines, so they stood behind their product but still shouldn't have happened in the first place
