My mentor is Umut and after my first week of cold calls in Sydney, I’ve almost secured my first property. Just waiting on some refurbishments.

Matthew has been a great mentor always giving me new ideas and encouraging me to move forward.

My mentor is Tan Nguyen. He is super supportive & answer all my questions patiently. He encourages me to keep going until I find my first property. It is really good to have a mentor guiding through in this process as it will be very difficult to keep the rhythm going by yourself. I am sure I will get there by Tan's support!

This guy is a scammer. Air bnb arbitrage is one of the most risky strategies in investing. Actually it is a false promise of putting yourself into massive amount of liability on a long-term lease and hoping that you have enough occupancy to get short-term revenue covering your costs, including the initial outlay for this scammers $15,000 education course. This con man makes more money from his students than he does from actually implementing his so-called investment strategy. Stay right away from him and anyone claiming to have a get rich quick scheme like this. It’s extreme extremely risky.

Umut has been a great help and gave us the right tools to secure out first property in our first week.

the 1 on 1 calls that I have with my mentor are extremely valuable as he guides us to right direction whilst also making sure that we are holding ourselves accountable for our actions. The course covers everything that we need to know and if there is any confusion then we can follow that up with our meetings. Definitely worth it!

THEY DO NOT SETUP OR MANAGE THE BUSINESS. ALL THEY ARE TRYING SELL YOU A COURSE AND LEAVE WITH YOUR MONEY. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE KIND OF SCAMS - DON'T EVEN THINK TWICE, JUST STAY AWAY.....

Before we started we were super suspicious of the whole service but now that I've been with them for a while, it's legit and super chill. Everyone on the team is more than willing to help and it's not as though you get dropped the moment they satisfy the "contract" requirements. I've read a few bad reviews and they are mostly complaining about the quantity of content available & refunds. There's actually much more hidden content in the form of Zoom recordings of coaching calls. But really, the biggest thing is the mentorship and community. Having an experienced personal mentor to offer advice, answer any questions you have and to keep you pushing for property acquisition is what makes or breaks your will to persist. On a similar vein, you gain access to the friendly community and by being surrounded by people that have succeeded, it proves to yourself that their method really works. And so it has for us too, finally! Coach Umut has been friendly and accomodating and his guidance has been super helpful, thank you!

We have been mentored by Tan and Matt who are AWESOME blokes that have been through the trenches themselves.

The lesson videos were short and easy to watch and they had lots of great tips, advice that if you didn't learn from them, you'd get there eventually but it'd take A LOT of time from making mistakes and gaining experience. As full time working mums, our life is already too hectic to make mistakes and learn as we go. We wanted a proven model that works!

We started the course just before Christmas and scored a property just after New Years, taking into consideration the two week break period. If we didn't have the script from the program, I don't think we'd have gotten there so fast. We are on one property and currently 2nd full month of operation looking to turn over almost 2.5 x the rent paid.

So it works, just listen up, buckle up and just get out there and do it! Thanks Tan for your help in answering all our questions and concerns! You guys are so awesome, we appreciate your time in helping us.
