As a Boat Transporter, this was my first experience with Go Earth. Martin was very communicative and explained the role of his company. His organisation was exemplary and the collection and delivery of his client's boat was very straightforward. I look forward to working with Go Earth in future and recommend their service to anyone venturing into boating regardless of their previous experiences.

We found GoEarth online we wanted our cabin cruiser moved from Hesford Marina to Whixall Marina. We had been let down, given high quotes and told we had to crane the boat out.
Bob turned up and was absolutely brilliant, on the trailer in no time, off he went, off the other end brilliantly efficient. Can't praise him highly enough and would recommend without hesitation.

We approached Go Earth for both boat search and boat negotiation services to help with our purchase of a narrowboat.

They helped us with many aspects of the purchase, including contractual, technical and the price negotiations. They saved us several thousand pounds on a relatively modest purchase namely a narrowboat.

As we were newcomers to boating, we needed a source of independent and expert advice. They were very helpful in this regard, and provided us with timely and expert advice along the way. This advice was very useful to us.

Even after the purchase was complete, they continued to provide helpful advice. This covered a variety of topics - everything from the best hand water pump to the provision of a guests handbook for anyone staying on our boat.

I would certainly recommend Martin and the GoEarth team to anyone thinking of buying a boat.

I engaged Go Earth for both Boat Search and their Negotiation Services, although they assisted me with very many aspects of buying the boat.

They found a nice boat from a brand (Princess) that I liked, and negotiated the price downwards, saving me a considerable amount of money.

They assisted with a very wide range of services, including survey, transport and cranage.

They were very good at 'being on my side', and provided me with lots of useful information and advice. Always helpful and speedy to respond.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a boat, even if you already know about boats. They can save you time and money.

We were looking for a particular style of yacht - a deck saloon, over 40 feet and to a budget.
We used Go Earth for a range of their services to help us in the different stages of finding and buying the right boat. This was important to us, as it was to be a liveaboard for a significant period of time and we wanted to maximise the fit with our criteria.
Their boat search service was very comprehensive and very useful and found us some makes and models that were new to us - even though we had already done our own significant research. It showed that Go Earths knowledge and research were extensive and very helpful. It was one of those yachts that we eventually bought, and we probably would not have found it without their help. Their boat search report was 13 pages long and included all the boats particulars. Very useful in helping us refine our thoughts and ideas. During the process their connections within the industry also brought some boats to the table, ahead of them being formally marketed, and eliminated others that were not appropriate which was a real help.
A director of Go Earth accompanied us on one boat visit and was able to point out the pros and cons of the boat; including some important items that should specifically be included in any future survey. This was the boat that we eventually bought. Go Earth found us a very good surveyor - and we were pleased with the detail, insight and recommendations in his report.
Their boat negotiation service enabled us to get the boat at the lowest practicable price, after some tough negotiations, saving us a significant sum on the original asking price. The bottom line was that we ended up with a sturdy deck saloon yacht that we are very happy with at an overall cost very substantially below our original budget.
Go Earth were able to lead us through an effective process that allowed us to refine our thinking, set some real expectations with us and avoid some common pitfalls in the whole process – around timing, market conditions and value of certain boats. They provided good independent and expert advice that really was worth its weight in gold and we always felt that they were 'on our side' in the whole buying process. We would very happily recommend them.

Martin did exactly what he said he would do and produced a list of suitable boats for us to look at within a very tight budget. After we found the boat that best suited our requirements he provided details of a great surveyor and we are now the owners of our ticket to the world. Thanks Martin

My wife and I recently booked a "yacht stay" in Conwy Marina and spent a couple of nights on board Seal, owned by Martin & Sue from Boatsearch.
Martin and Sue were welcoming and helpful from the start, quickly answering and accepting our last moment booking query which helped us get away for a well-deserved break.
Conwy is a beautiful littlie town with lots to see and do and taking a break on a yacht in the marina just added an extra dimension to our stay.
Seal is a beautiful, exceptionally clean and tidy motorboat with everything in working order. Owning our own holiday lets we know what a labour of love this can often be!
The on board information pack (also provided on booking) is comprehensive and very informative.
Check-in was quick and easy. Again, Martin and Sue were helpful and happily explained everything we needed to know about operating the cooker, head, heating, and the clean / modern marina facilities, etc.
We really enjoyed our short stay on board Seal, so much so it reignited our passion for sailing and the Marina life.
A big thank you to You both, Martin & Sue, you couldn’t have done anything better and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on board.

I have known Martin Berman now for some 7 years and have actually purchased 3 boats from him, during this time.. His service, attention to detail, and understanding for what his customer Actually wants is superb. I am 'of an age' an some would say quite demanding...! But Martin has handled my , sometimes complicated demands, with great charm and speedy efficiency. Not only has he managed to find my exact boat requirement, but also the perfect Marina suitable for the boat and my tough requirements! I wish Martin and Go Earth every success in the future. No doubt I will be purchasing a further Boat from him in the not too distant future.
