Faulty, dangerous engines and appalling customer service. No outboard engine will touch the orca engines so impossible to rectify. This company are selling unsafe engines and it is a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. They are also deleting negative reviews. Please stay wel away. Look them up on company’s house!

I bought their 6hp Orca engine and if you so much as look at it, it breaks, it’s truly awful, also they rarely have anything in stock, this is by far the biggest regret of a purchase I have ever made ! Avoid and buy Yamaha, Honda etc, DO NOT GO CHEAP !

Bought their own branded engine from them, an orca 6hp short shaft. Used it around 10 times and the diver shaft splines have twisted and snapped. (Have pictures as evidence) There was no damage at all to the propeller and the propeller bush didn't go. It's 2 years old but was just told it's out of warranty. I've took it to 2 separate marine repair shops, both of which told me they refuse to repair or even service orcas and are shocked at the quality of the components. So they weren't suprised the drive shaft snapped before the propeller bush. Just want to warn people to do research before you buy, check forums as many people say the same and invest in a quality brand which is going to last and be reliable.

I ordered a Honwave boat for next day delivery together with some transport wheels, both items were shown as in stock on the website. After 2 days of no communication from Boatworld I phoned to find out that the wheels were not in stock and the shipment was delayed, I then cancelled the order. Don't use Boatworld if you need next day delivery.

Purchased some skis and a wakesurf, great price, delivered when asked.
I will buy again off them.

Appalling customer service, avoid at all cost. Obnoxious, arrogant. Beware prices are plus vat and on delivery aswell. Plenty of other choices out there.

I was looking to buy some waterskis. First company I found online (top of Google search) had cheapest prices but no contact phone number and never replied to my emails. Second company had a phone line but when I tried to call had a recorded message saying "this mailbox is full". Boatworld had a number to call, was answered immediately by someone who could advise me on what I needed. I put the order in at 11am - had a confirmation email and the goods arrived the next day by 1pm (from other end of the country). And they gave me a free ski bag. Excellent all round. Also - a reminder to phone first to see what customer services is like when ordering from a company for the first time - in case anything wrong with the order.
