Never received my bedframe, they never returned one single email, this is obviously a fraud. Thank God capital one refunded my money

Like others have experienced, I never received the towel rack I ordered two months ago. And they are ignoring my emails. So $56 out of pocket. I’ll stick with Amazon or another trusted company next time I order online. Lesson learned.

Do not purchase from bofeng. They took my money, sent me a confirmation email and ghosted me. I sent 5 emails to their company and not one single response. So they will steal your money and you will not get any merchandise. I went to their website recently and the towel rack I sent for isn't even available anymore. I'm waiting on a charge back from my credit card since this disreputable company isn't responding to my refund request.

I have sent 3 emails to this company to return bunk beds. We tried to contact the company the day after the purchase and still have received nothing. If there is a phone number please pass it to me. I’m trying to be patient and give till the end of the month before i contact BBB and file a police report.

I ordered a garment rack from here and I never received it even though it said it was delivered. It’s been a whole week and I’ve emailed the only 2 emails the company has and NO REPLY. Don’t waste your money on this, i’m glad it was only $20. This is a scam

I found their products online and the clothing rack was just what I needed! Shipped almost instantly, and arrived in a timely manner. Super easy to put together and looks wonderful in my dorm. Thanks Bofeng!

Pretty much exactly what the other review on this page said. I purchased a queen size pink canopy bed. They took my money immediately. When I purchased the bed it said there was 10 in stock.

When I got the bed, it was NOT the bed I paid for. It was a black bed frame and I ordered a pink canopy bed frame. I contacted them immediately and was told in broken English "bed is out of stock. sorry. you take black". I responded that I didn't want black that I wanted the bed I paid for or a full refund.

Here it is a month later and I STILL haven't gotten the bed I paid for OR a refund. This is fraud and I'm not OK with it. I will contact the BBB and file a police report if I have to. They aren't just gonna take my money, send me something I don't want and then sweep me under the rug.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not send you what you paid for. You will not get a refund nor the bed you paid for and all messages you send them will be ignored.

And also, they only post the 5-star ratings to their page. I tried leaving a 1-star review and it was never posted because it's a private website and they control what is posted and what isn't. So it appears as though they have high ratings when in reality, they don't.

This is typical Chinese style scam company. I was told that the bed that I had already paid for was out of stock and asked in broken english “you pick a different bed from our store, we send you”. I declined and asked for a refund. No response on that. Few days later I was sent a complete different bed, much cheaper than what I paid for (found its price on their website). And of course I never hear from them again after this. Now I’m stuck with this ugly cheesy bed that looks nothing like what I ordered. Having lived in China, knowing their mentality, this is typical Chinese style scam practice. Not completely a scam since they do send you something, just not what you ordered but a cheaper product than what you paid for. Then typical Chinese scam manner, they hope you won’t bother to go through their cumbersome return policy and just keep it. Disgusting. Be ware of Chinese companies like these. This one is called FUJIAN PUTIAN YUDA HOME FURNISHING CO.,LTD. Nobody works there on Linkedin, no phone numbers nothing. Obviously scam. Money and time spent dealing with these kind of scam companies is NOT worth it in the end. Do not purchase from Bofeng furniture!!
