The worst customer support I have ever…
The worst customer support I have ever experienced. Bought by tripadvisor - support outsourced to India. They have no clue. 3 hours of my day wasted each time while they read the help document that I have also read. I can also read! Absolutely terrible. You ask them to email you instead of chat to not waste hours of your time. Three days later you get an email confirming your issue was resolved.
Bokun will lose customers unless they are fired. Absolute disgrace.

Simple to use Online Booking Engine
For tour operator, I would certainly recommend getting onto Bokun, it gets you started faster and at the same time set you up for bigger stuff in the future.
