Outstanding service!!! Received my mask and snorkel, accidentally received the wrong mask, I contacted Bolde and they not only sent out my correct mask within the hour, they gifted me the incorrect one and gave a $20 credit towards my next purchase. Items were great quality and come in beautiful netted bag. Will definitely buy again!

Great mask & snorkel
Purchased a mask and snorkel a few months ago but only got a chance to use it on our recent trip to Central Sulawesi (Indonesia) hence the late review. I was worried about purchasing online because it might not be the right size for my small Asian face but thought I'd give it a try. It fits perfectly. I've used it for snorkeling and scuba diving and have not had issues with water getting into my mask at all, no fogging. It also feels gentle on my face and I love the colour (I got the pink one).

Lovely items, the bracelet is beautiful
Ordered to Australia, then I flew out to my sister for my birthday. She loves the purple snorkel set. Very good quality.
I ordered the sealife gold bracelet for myself, it’s truly stunning and the gift box is beautiful

Loved the wetsuit, wish there were more sizes available!
As a plus size person, I was very happy to see that Bolde made a wetsuit for me!!! And I love it!!!! It's enabled me to keep swimming even in the colder winter months and I think it is high quality and beautiful!!! I'm giving you four stars, rather than 5, because although I am so happy you are making wetsuits in my size, you should really make your sizes even more inclusive--moving up to sizes above a 20 would make such a difference to so many people!!!

Service was the next level, not only did she reply to all my questions quickly, once I paid, I received my beautiful bolde wetsuit that day!!! Personally delivered, it helped being just down the road. Bolde went beyond my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a beautiful wetsuit.
The wetsuit fitted beautifully, couldn't wait to try it on and get in the water with it. I got a 3mm steamer wetsuit full body, and it kept me very warm, better than any other wetsuit that I've used.

Hi i so loved the style and colour
I have had many wet suits over the year's and when i went into the water it leaked thought the back off my neck and wet baggy may i should have got a much smaller size but you did not recommend that ? With other wet suits i normally would do this 😕

Thank you for your 2-star review. I'm glad to hear you love the style and colour but were not able to find the right size prior to removing the tags and wearing the wetsuit in the ocean.
We do not have any correspondence from you asking for assistance with sizing, if we were aware that you usually size down in wetsuits then we would have suggested this, as we do appreciate that every-body is different.
To mitigate any sizing issues however, we do offer a generous 60-day return or exchange period to assist customer in finding the perfect fit. Unfortunately returns or exchanges after removing the tags and wearing the wetsuit in the ocean does fall outside of our return policy.

Kept warm for a late autumn snorkel in Melbourne
Just took my 5ml steamer suit from Bolde for a snorkel in Melbourne mid May. Felt great and kept me warm enough to stay in the water for 40 mins.
Special shout out to Amanda for helping me with sizing. Her recommendation was perfect!

The most helpful customer service and…
The most helpful customer service and advice I’ve ever had - buying wetsuits online is really tough but Amanda’s flexibility and great communication made a potentially painful process simple and easy even with me exchanging sizes twice. The wetsuits are gorgeous and I’ve had lots of comments on how nice it is to see wettys that aren’t black out in the water. I also am in love with my snorkel kit.
