We went into the cruise club to book and as alway, friendly and knowledgeable. Donna was lovely and helped with everything as we had not booked a stay and cruise before.

We have done 5 cruises all arranged and advised by Nicola at Bolsover. Each and everyone has been spot on and included the best available cabin , which side of the ship for scenery and what’s available on board.
I am writing this recommendation because with advice we upgraded to a suite this year celebrating birthdays and a wedding anniversary. Went to fiords on arvia and everything Nicola suggested made this the best holiday we have ever had . Truly meant the world to us. Don’t hesitate to use Bolsover ,they have always been amazing .🤩
