SCAM company. Beware.
These guys are running a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They will try and extort extra money from you and leave. They show up with NO professional cleaning equipment. This is 100% a grift and should be shut down.

Made me pay in advance of the clean. Said I would need to pay extra for door tracks, which is fair but made it seem like the they wouldn't complete the clean unless I paid for the extra services. Which makes them seem like a scam, but because they're so bad at cleaning they kind of are a scam.

This company is a scam I wish I had of seen these reviews before booking them. I paid $799 for a bond clean carpets and flea treatment in one they got to the house said it was extra dirty and left in a soiled state and demanded $520 extra to complete or they would leave which they did in fact leave. I have disputed with scam and fraud through my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

As per reviews on the product review site. These people use an umbrella website and try to extort additional payment from you once the job is almost finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am filing a complaint with Queensland government Fair Trading.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. It was supposed to be an all inclusive, stress free cleaning service. They demanded extra money for things they said weren't included, took twice as long as they said they would and still had to come back to rectify things they had not done properly. On the second day (when they were supposed to have finished), our agent turned up to do a home open and found them messing about in the pool instead of finishing the cleaning. They were trespassing and did not have consent for this. I have requested compensation for the stress and unprofessional behaviour on their part and they just ignore me.
Beware, a stressful, expensive and unprofessional experience all round!

Do not trust. Quoted me $799 no hidden costs then aggressively demanded $270 for extras or would cancel and charge me 330.00 cancellation fee. Then accused me of being argumentative when he was arguing with me. Terrible do not recommend,

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT use them for your cleaning service.

1. They called me on the day at 10am saying I needed to pay right now (I was driving, was told to pull over to pay) or the cleansers won’t start the clean, I was told they were starting at 9am.

2. Shortly after pulling over to pay the invoice, I was called and told I needed to pay an additional $300+ as I apparently didn’t pay for 2 1/2 bathrooms but only 1. He said they would stop the cleaning service and leave if I didn’t pay this right away, I told him I had paid for 2 1/2 bathrooms and he insisted I hadn’t (again was driving so told him he can wait as I was heading to the house that was being cleaned and I would check the invoice. Which I HAD paid for 2 1/12 bathrooms to be cleaned.

3. I had soap scum in the main bathroom and was told I had to pay an additional charge of $100 to have this removed as it takes extra cleaning time (can be removed with bar keepers friends a 10 minute clean) this additional charge is ridiculous as I’m paying you to CLEAN this should just be standard, this also includes mould.

4. When I arrived at the house, only 1 person was cleaning the house which I thought would have been at least 2 people doing the job to make sure it was right.

5. When the cleaner had left she left a MASSIVE oil stain on my driveway which the owners of the house were NOT happy with and could not get off even using industrial oil cleaner.

6. On final inspection of the house post clean, the main bathroom was not clean to standard for both myself, my agent or the owners which walked through with the agent on final inspection. Multiple drawers/cabinets were not cleaned. And overall the agent and owners were dissatisfied.

7. When moving out I had cleaned as I went so overall the house was not dirty/unclean and was an easy house to clean as I had done half the work for them. So not sure why such a bad job was done.

So in conclusion, if you wanted to be forced/threatened to pay more money on the day of the clean then sure use Bond clean expert. But I will never ever recommend this company or use this service ever again. If I could give it minus stars I would. Absolutely applauding.

Oh and if I didn’t write this review it was automatically going to give them a 5 star review with a pre written review saying how amazing they were, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

Again I advise ANYONE to stay far away from this company.

Total scam. I hired the Perth team and received all round poor service. Quoted me a price, showed up, and held the job to ransom for an extra $300 to do tasks we had already discussed in advance. They did a half-hearted job because of the time they wasted arguing about the price. Their failure to reach the promised standard cost me a chunk of my bond. The oven wasn't clean along with other areas in the kitchen. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else.

This was by far the worst cleaning service I have ever dealt with.

I booked and paid in full for a professional end-of-lease bond clean, yet the job was barely half completed. Only one worker arrived, he was late, and stated he was sick, which already raised concerns about the quality of work.

Large parts of the house were not cleaned at all. Walls were not spot cleaned, the garage that was advertised as complimentary cleaning was not done, the stove top was still dirty, and many basic tasks were completely missed. I personally had to remove and soak more than 10 light covers myself because they were left filthy.

To make matters worse, my 70-year-old mother and I ended up doing a significant portion of the cleaning ourselves, despite having already paid this company in full. The worker stayed until around 7:30pm and still did not complete the job, which forced me to arrange an extra day with my real estate agent due to their failure to deliver the service when promised.

Communication from the company was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, and they were reluctant to provide a receipt after full payment.

The company advertises a 7-day guarantee, but based on my experience this means very little if the job is not completed properly in the first place.

This experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult moving process. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this company.

Awful experience with this company. DO NOT USE! called me on the day of the clean demanding extra money for additional cleaning and threatened that they would not complete the clean if I didn’t pay. Cleaning still not up to standard and even after returning the clean was still insufficient. They failed to re attend again and I did not get all of my bond back as I had to pay for another cleaning company I am now $1350 out of pocket. They have refused to engage with consumer protection and now my only option is to enlist a lawyer and go through magistrates if I want to try and recoup any money back for their awful service.

Unprofessional company using threatening and pressurising tactics, inadequate cleaning and their ‘Bond guarantee’ doesn’t exist.

Over my 10+ years of renting i have never experienced such a terrible bond clean. If i could rate this a 0 I would. To anyone looking at booking this group because of the fair priced qoute i advise you not to unless you want to blackmailed into paying extra money and still not having the house cleaned to the standard of the realestate. After sending them the first inspection report they said they would be back within 48 hours yet they never rocked up or never did anything on the list.

Where to even start.

Was quoted 650 dollars for a 2 bed 1 bathroom bond clean. The cleaner arrived and I left them to get on with their day.

My phone then receives call after call which I couldn’t answer as was on the motorway with no hand free. They had upped the rate to 1000 dollars. Because the original quote didn’t include fridge cleaning and oven cleaning etc. What kind of end of bond cleaning doesn’t include these items?

Anyways the cleaner sat stationary in the apartment until I pulled over and paid 350 dollars more. The person we dealt with on the phone was rude as also.

I told the cleaner to give me 30 minutes notice of completion so I could know when to head home. Was 8pm and 2 of my unanswered phone calls later when they said we can return. Also requested to leave the door open for us as we were taking the keys back to the rental agency. He locked the door.

Absolutely terrible experience from the get go. Would recommend everyone avoids at all costs.

This company is malicious in the way they do business. The first thing they do is mislead on the service they provide. The quotes they give seem to be designed to be slightly lower than the competition but immediately upon entering the residence to clean the team complain the residence is to big to clean for the price. When told the quote was for the exact size residence with details about number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc they then grumble and commence an "inspection". Immediately they find issues, they demand substantial payment for things like a full wall chemical treatment, when refused their answer is oh, well you have a massive mould problem that needs a deep chemical clean. When you say no, they say there are to many windows when you say no they get angry and demand approximately 50% extra above the quote. When this is refused they say we do a quality service and refuse to do half a clean, when you say this is the clean I need they refuse, when you say leave now, they leave. You then have to demand a refund, you get half, they say the rest is a cancellation and time fee. Simply put they could do no cleaning all day and make a fortune just by running this process and by the way the workers react it is a tried and true process. Avoid at all costs.

Surfaces cleaned but fridge, range hood, toilets, sinks, high kitchen shelves and bathroom walls barely or not cleaned at all.

Arrived late and demanded an extra $340 on top of the agreed quote, giving us 10 minutes to pay or they’d leave (and charge a $300+ cancellation fee). With handover the next day and no time to rebook, we reluctantly paid.

That evening, our lovely Property Manager inspected the property on our behalf - finding multiple areas untouched, carpets left damp and smelling, and cleaning products/rubbish left behind. Two men returned claiming the original cleaner had left early due to a headache (no one had informed us). Our Property Manager reported one of the men spoke to her in a very aggressive and intimidating manner and insisted on keeping the keys overnight (which she of course declined). They said they’d return the next morning - no one did.

A partial refund was requested (a very reasonable compromise, in my opinion). Bank details were provided. No refund was processed. The case is now with QCAT.

Avoid at all costs, they might be a little cheaper but really they are not, they will get more money out of you and then leave you high and dry

Don’t consider they will rip you off. Provide a quote and on the day of cleaning will call back to add 30% - 40% to the quoted price. Unethical business, stay away.

These people are criminal grifters. Turned up almost 90 minutes late for a prepaid bond clean of a Teneriffe wool store apartment, waited until my wife had left the apartment to call and demand an additional $990 for a total of almost 2k. The office staff screamed at my wife down the phone for refusing to be extorted. Avoid this outfit, terrible, dishonest people who guaranteed will attempt to rip you off. Their quotes cannot be trusted. There is nothing unusual about the apartment at all, and zero justification for their bullying demands.

Looks like we received the same scamming treatment as others here who have posted a review of this abhorrent and pathetic excuse for a cleaning company. Money demanded up front for a bond exit clean, then extra on the day prior to commencing as the house (standard suburban 4x2) was deemed "larger" than described. There was no evidence of any cleaning chemicals used, extremely poor quality of cleaning - dirt and grime still everywhere and spread further by use of the same cloth through out, windows not cleaned, tracks not cleaned - the list goes on. Even after they attended for a "re-clean" the issues still weren't rectified. We spent an additional 6 hours cleaning the property ourselves to bring it up to the standard you would expect from an "expert" cleaning co. are there enough people affected here for a class action?? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
