They scammed me out of $30. Don’t trust them

i fell for it. Ordered like in third week of November but it never arrived

I fell for it, ordered jewelry from the site back in Dec 2024, got a confirmation email, yet the item never arrived, the site is down and they don't answer emails. Total scam.

SCAM!!! They took my money and shut the website down

Do not fall for this. So the bracelets they have pictured are from a company called twotoo and they are over 100 bucks. The company is a scam the bracelets never came. Ordered November 28th it is now January and nothing, won’t respond to my emails, removed their website, turned off comments on their social media. I don’t know how they are allowed to get away with this.

I got this for a Christmas gift & got a email three weeks later the seller cancelled the order I never got a refund sent numerous emails with no response. So sick of these scammers

Total scam. I received the black string with magnetic heart as have others. The product took ages to actually arrive and it was for a Christmas gift for my BF. I was gutted and very upset and have had no response from any email I've sent. Just over £40 wasted on what I thought was the perfect gift for my long distance relationship. I truly hope that leaving this review gives others the insight I wish I had back in October!!

order directly after Thanks Giving, got one email from them. Been watching the tracking and just stopped zero updates after that, zero emails back. Now the site and tracking don't work. Hate being SCAMMED.. Never again I will shop via any social media again.

My daughter ordered these and I wish she would have asked first. Such a scam. I emailed the company 5 times, received 3 different responses. We will be disputing the charge. Broke my daughters heart!

I really wish I had looked up site reviews before doing this; ordered two bracelets for about $25 a few months ago. Nothing ever came in and there is no response no matter how many times you reach out, there is not product it is a complete scam

Scam website! Refusing to respond to emails for a refund even though I have proof it stole the photos and reviews from another actual company.

They are a complete scam. I ordered October 20 and I just realized I never received them so I checked my email and there’s nothing. I just put a dispute in with my bank. Please stay away from this company. They’re stealing pictures from people and posted as their own.

Reviews on the website are fraudulent from the actual creators of the bracelet tatwoo. Do not order from this website. They will take your money and give no refund or never respond.

Ordered the same long distance vibration bracelet on the 17th of October and received a string with a tiny magnet. Reporting as fraud with cash app and keeping records of communications.

Purchased long distance bracelets, received black string with magnets that formed a heart. Used form on website to contact the company and got an email saying it was a packaging error and they would reship and contact me with new tracking. Nothing back after that, no tracking, no further answers. Disputed charge with CC company, provided all emails.

Same as the other reviews here. Ordered a pair of bracelets with gift box, received 2 black cords with half a heart on each that stick with magnets. NOT What I ordered at ALL. No contact info for refund.
