I just used bonded for the first time and so far I really love the results. My hair is softer and silkier and less frizzy. I live in humid Florida, so when I go outside, a little bit of frizz does take over, but definitely not as much as before. And it just feels soft and silkier than before. I will definitely use it again in a few weeks. It’s a great product and a great price since I will get a few uses out of the kit.

I have coarse curly hair that I wear curly. I followed all the instructions perfectly and it did absolutely nothing for my hair. I do not use sulfate shampoos or conditioners. I’ve used it 4x and I think it made it worse. My hairdresser told me to stop using it immediately and gave me a professional treatment. Customer service is giving me the runaround literally making me feel stupid and gaslighting me. They pretty much are refusing to refund my money. I just threw it in the garbage. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. It’s not from the USA and they do not stand by their policies.

Works! I followed the instructions - I did air dryer longer than 10 minutes since my hair is ultra thick, wavy & slightly long - and my hair is frizz free. Drys fast, too. I’m no stranger with at home keratin treatments and this is on the top of my list. My hair was very tacky after I flat ironed so rinsed with conditioner right after & styled.

I used it exactly as directed it did not smooth out my hair or stop the frizziness at all.

I live in Miami, Florida and have not had luck in finding an affordable, effective and formaldehyde-free keratin treatment that can safely be done at home. Thank goodness I found Bonded! When I ordered it, I didn’t notice that the company is based in Australia. But my order was delivered in a timely manner.
I tried the product. Very clear and easy to follow instructions. The whole process took less than an hour. I was AMAZED at the results! First of all, my light hair color was not affected at all. Second, it left my hair super soft and healthy, and all the frizz was gone! It looks great! Perfect product for hot and humid Florida weather. Third, there were no fumes! I didn’t smell any toxic fumes. My hair was left smelling great.
I hope one day, this company expands its business overseas to the U.S.
Regardless, I will be reordering.

I am very dissapointed in this product. I have had in-salon keratin trearments before and this product did not come close to giving similar results.
The application was straightforward and the instructions provided where great. But it just didn't do what it says. My hair is still wavy, and not any less frizzy.
I wasn't expecting salon quality results, but it actually didn't seem to do anything to me hair.

I have yet to receive my order placed 11/2/24. Despite two email enquiries no resolution has been reached. I am unable to contact Australia Post direct as they will only respond to Australia deliveries (I am in NZ). I have received reassuring emails from you but nothing of practical help to date. It seems you are prepared to wait forever for a response from Australia Post. I have several friends and my hairdresser waiting for my verdict on the product before they order themselves.

Bonded is truly the best product I have ever used on my hair. The process of shampoo then apply the treatment and leave in for 10 mins blow dry and straighten is so simple and the results are outstanding. Even my hair dresser noticed the difference in my hair without me saying anything. Love love love this product.

I love what the keratin did for my normally frizzy unmanageable curls. While I followed the steps for straight hair I was hoping to retain my curls but have them look smooth and slightly more relaxed. It worked. I have washed once and still the same result. Will.see how long it lasts. If it continues it will be a life changer. Are you sure it is 100% safe??

Love this product. I’ve never been able to get out of the shower and let my hair dry naturally without worrying how curly or frizzy it will be.
But with bonded, I don’t hesitate! I’m happy to let my hair dry naturally all of the time now

Simple and easy to order. The product came on time. I enjoyed using it for the first time. The smell did sting my eyes a bit but it wasn't too bad. I have fine curly hair and it definitely stays straight when I blow dry it. Before my hair would go frizzy now it doesn't. However, if I want to keep my hair curly it works but the curls are not as defined. Overall I really enjoyed the product and would recommend.
