Very helpful customer service. Quick response and eager to get things sorted for a customer even at the weekend.

I have been using for 8 weeks now and have not seen any difference in my hair growth. Very disappointed with this product but will continue to use until 12 weeks to give a proper review

Excellent communication

The customer service with Bondilaser was super personal and I enjoyed my interaction with them. I made a mistake in the order and they were quick to help me out. I have only used the laser for a few weeks now, so can't speak on long-term effects, but so far I am enjoying it!

Communication on ordering and keeping me informed of delivery details was excellent. Package arrived well wrapped and secure. Bought for my daughter who has just started to use so difficult assess results at this early stage. I had hoped more user information included but didn't faze my daughter!

Trish was so helpful with any questions I had and the package arrived exactly when she said it would. I have used the product twice already and have already noticed a difference so very happy!

The service was poor, had to wait nearly a month for the product to arrive, when arrived I was disappointed to find that the cable doesn’t work. It has to be held in one position to work.
Product itself seems good but the service was poor and the connection is dodgy

Trish was fantastic. The order was for my wife's birthday and unfortunately was going to be delayed. Trish very kindly sent her a bunch of favourite flowers which are her birthday and the following day my wife's laser arrived and she loves it. 👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered the IPL, never used one before so hesitant (very). While waiting for my delivery, the correspondence between Trish and myself was beyond excellent customer care. I had no idea of what I needed to do before using the IPL and Trish had no problem providing me with all the prep beforehand which I really appreciated. I haven’t used it yet but hopefully will be this weekend if my daughter doesn’t get her hands on it first. Thanks very much to Trish at Bondilaser. JMc

Only had this a couple of weeks so unable to see much change yet but very happy with my purchase. The service from bondilaser has been great and the laser is so easy to use and comes with full instructions, goggles and a zipped bag for storage.

I’m only into week 4 but I can see the difference already! Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is cause I’m only 1/3 through the recommended 12 weeks to see a drastic change! It’s painless and very easy to use. The light is very bright and damaging on the eyes of you don’t use the sunglasses - but so nice that they’re included.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

LOVE this laser. I've tried a couple of others that haven't worked for me, but this has done wonders. The only reason it doesn't get 5stars from me is that I can't use it on my leg hair they are slightly too fair, but ticks all the other boxes for me.

So easy to use!! Amazing results on my underarms after just three uses. Product is good quality and looks great too.

Been using the Bondi Laser for 5 weeks, so only 5 sessions and I am seeing a reduction in hair. I have a tattoo on my ankle and up my leg that I can't laser over and I can see a big difference in the hair within the tattoo and the hair around that I can laser.
Got prompt reply's to my messages and delivery was very quick.
