I order 5 in 1 last night was hit with a fee of $49.95 extra on top
I emailed last night and today saying I didn’t authorize the extra amount and no answer at all
I got a email saying it was all shipped but no other contact from them I have emailed telling them it fraud to take money for something I didn’t order and still no answer

I love the simplicity of this 5 in 1 hair tool. I brought 2 one for my sister and I. I like the quickness of it, drying and styling. My mum also likes it. I would recommend this product. Will be purchasing other hair products in the near future.

Another one here that got stung by the extra fee after purchase for the curling rods. Emailed immediately, they refused a refund and then also a refund for the entire lot as they claimed it has shipped already (it hadn't as per the shipping notification I got the following day) Managed to get a refund from my bank for the extra charge. But am absolutely disgusted with their entire behaviour as it is incredibly deceptive, will be returning the entire product when it gets here for a full refund, will update as to how that goes, not holding my breath from the sounds of everyone elses experience with that here. In the meantime I have put in a complaint with the ACCC and encourage anyone else that has encountered this to do the same so they hopefully get some kind of repercussions for their appalling conduct.

Company says free next day shipping from AUSTRALIA. It ships from china.
Company says you get the 5 in 1, until you pay for product and then a week later they charge you a further $39.90 for the curling barrels. apparently they are sold separately. No mention of this unless you look into all the drop downs and to the very bottom of "Why Bondi Babes".
I only bought this product as it had the green tick of authenticity. But so far have found it to be one scam after the other.

It’s all paid collabs and fake reviews. I bought 2 sets and did not like it. I requested for a return of the unopened box and they would not reply to my email initially, and now they are saying that sale products do not qualify for refund. However all their products are on sale as they say, which is their marketing policy for this new product in market. They are a scam. I am amazed how they can even compare to Dyson. I have used Dyson and I can assure Bondi babes is not even 10% as good as Dyson. @dyson should really sue them for defamation. Just making hair stylers look like Dyson, does not mean they work like it. They are a total scam. Beaware

Bought this hoping for a good travel dupe to the Dyson.
I tried the air wrap attachment and it literally doesn't work, there's no wrap at all even on damp hair, I've tried it all and I'm not new to a wrap...I immediately wrote to them requesting a refund as they advertise a 60day money back guarantee. Well apparently this is only if you haven't even opened the sticky tape on the box which feels ridiculous... I've since sent them videos and a multitude of emails to demonstrate it simply doesn't work and have gotten no where except to receive further requests from them for more videos, all I want is a refund. Very disappointed the advertising on Instagram is totally fake it has barely any power and the attachments don't work. Don't buy this product it's a joke.

The volume it gives me is incredible. My hair looks so full and healthy from root to tip.

This has completely simplified my morning routine. I used to use three different tools and now I just need the one.

Absolute worst online shopping experience. Do not trust this brand.

I ordered their "5-in-1 Multistyler," only to discover that they automatically added hidden charges to my cart. Apparently, Bondi Babes advertises a 5-in-1 tool but bills you separately for the actual attachments that make it a 5-in-1 ($24.95 per barrel). This is incredibly deceptive drip pricing.

When I noticed the extra charges and emailed them to cancel the entire order literally minutes after placing it, they hit me with automated generic replies. They waited nearly 21 hours to give a real response, only to tell me it was "too late to cancel" because the item had been dispatched, offering a pathetic 10% cashback instead of fixing their mistake.

They sneak hidden fees into your cart, delay responding to cancellation requests, and then use their "automated system" as an excuse to lock you into a purchase you explicitly cancelled.

This violates Australian Consumer Law regarding misleading advertising and upfront single pricing. I have rejected their insulting 10% offer and have reported Bondi Babes to the ACCC and Fair Trading. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand that doesn't scam its customers.

Unit seems ok out of the box. Unused as yet. Had an extra charge for curling rods which have not arrived yet.

Thought I was getting a good deal by purchasing the 5 in 1 for $99…. Then noticed a separate charge for $49 for curling barrels which I didn’t authorise. I straight away emailed the company and requested my order canceled and full refund on both orders. I will be disputing the credit card transactions and also I had to report my card as lost so that the company cannot keep charging my card for what I now see in my Shop app is a “subscription”. I never signed up for a subscription! I have also reported this company to the ACCC Scamwatch

Unfortunately this product is a scam. It comes from China, has nothing to do with Australia. Is cheap and nasty, doesn’t do anywhere near the job it’s supposed to and then there is no refund.
Run - don’t walk - away from this fake advertising! Don’t get sucked in like I did.
Not at all happy and telling the world!

their advertising is deceptive and was charged an extra 39.95 hidden cost for 2 of the barrels, when all advertising says $99 for set, have now stopped communication for refund and have blocked me from socials and deleted my reviews! poor poor poor
