I ordered this today, and wish I had read the reviews on here first! Like many others, I have found a second charge for $39 on my card. I am now going to cancel my card and lodge a dispute through my bank. I fear they will put more charges on the card. Like others, I also believed it was Australian. Stupid of me to not check but I am getting sick of these Chinese companies pretending to be Aussie. I will also be lodging a complaint with Consumer Protection and suggest others that have had the same experience should do the same. Putting an extra charge, hidden in a drop down is deceitful!! Do NOT buy from this company!!

Delivery was pretty quick and love the product! Being able to style my hair different ways with the one tool.

I ourchased the 5 in 1 (5, very important number in this story) Dyson hair wrap dupe for $99 from their Facebook ad. Minutes late a second charge for $39.99 came through on my card. It was apparently for two 'extra barrel attachments that I didn't order.
I queried this with the company and they said it wasn't an extra two barrels (as the original 5 piece deal came with two barrels - the packaging shows this) it was the two barrels you get with the kit - they come separately and are charged separaetly. WHAT??????????? Who does this??? They said check the fine print on the website. We state this.
No!!! The ad said 5 pieces for $99 and the packing states and shows 5 pieces on the printed box.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND THEY HAVE DONE IT TO MANY MANY OTHER PEOPLE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S FILTHY BUSINESS PRACTICE.
Kmart sell one for $59 that I bought that is amazing!! I had to buy it because I still don't have my product delivered.

Terrific price, Great item, I was unsure if it would be easy to use but it’s definitely proved me wrong. Easy to hold, light and easy to swap parts on, the shipping was fast and was shipped from warehouse the day after I purchased. Highly recommend this product and the company

I purchased the BondiBabes 5 n 1 multistyler and was charged an additional $39.95 for the 2 curling barrels. Customer service told me that the cost was on their website and although I didn't purchase it, the website does state that the curling barrels are billed separately for $39.95.
This information is hidden under a drop down. It's not a cost that is advertised upfront so you wouldn't know about it unless you looked through each drop down. Yes this is my error but I feel as a consumer, this information should be advertised up front. It's not $99.95. It's $99.95 + $39.95.

Buyer beware …. Immediately after paying for the 5 in 1 multi styler this company double dipped into my credit card and sent confirmation for a second order I did not place ($39.95 additional) and charged it to my credit card without me authorising it. They did not respond to emails requesting cancellation and reversal of the unauthorised purchase, nor did they reply with an explanation. This left me with no option but to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorised transactions.

If that’s not bad enough, a few days after purchasing, those charges on my card changed to be a few dollars higher on each!

On the upside, the order arrived within 6 days of placing. Am yet to use it.

Works exactly as advertised. No surprises, just great hair every time.

Very happy with the results so far. It's exceeded my expectations honestly.

ACCC site information sent to company regards return for product. Not payable by customer.

Now company claiming product to be un used. How pray tell does one find out a product doesn’t work if you don’t use it?????

This product works less effectively than the K Mart equivalent.

9There seems to be an increasing amount of companies that charge for items that were not purchased. I ordered and paid for the 5 in 1 hair styling kit for $99.95 only to be charged separately for a curling brush @ $39.95. I did not order the extra at any stage during the checkout process. It’s happening so frequently that I am starting to be reluctant to online shop. Be very aware that this company with add extras on without any authorisation.

I notice that there has been an influx of 5 star reviews. All.of these reviewers have only reviewed Bondibabes. It would appear the company is somehow doing their own reviews. Dodgy behaviour.

The attachments click in really easily and feel completely secure. No wobbling or looseness at all.

My hair genuinely feels healthier than it did when I was using multiple separate tools every day.

I love how versatile it is. I can go from sleek and straight to full curls in just a few minutes.

ordered the 5-in-1 Styler, but I was charged extra for the curler rod without being clearly informed of the additional cost before purchase.My main concern is that the product is advertised as a “5-in-1” styler, yet some of the attachments appear to be sold separately. If the curler rod is not included, this should be clearly stated in the product description and pricing to avoid confusion.
The lack of transparency regarding the extra charge was disappointing. I would appreciate clearer information about what is included in the package and any additional costs before customers complete their purchase. They deleted my comment on their facebook page.

I ordered the item. Had to pay $20 for express shipping, no other option.

They do not say that its shipped from China. They also do not reply to any correspondence. It is being sent to an address I lived in 7 years ago, that was not saved on my phone or in the Shopify app. I contacted immediately (within 1 minutes of ordering) to rectify, and was ignored.

Don't bother ordering from them. They look like theyre an aussie company. But theyre not.

It's a scam company. Never received my product even after waiting 50days and spending $90. Never replied on customer service. It's a fraud. Don't deserve a 1 star.
