Received Message on 17/Aug - Stating the order is out for delivery with AWB 460003651110. However the order was not delivered.
Received Message on 18/Aug - The order could not be delivered, provided a phone number 9986555215, but this number is now switched off.
Can someone update me on the order status and i can't see to find a number that i can use to speak with someone. Its mostly the automated IVR and just does not provide the required information or assurance of the order status.
Fun-fact: Under the order pick up option, it shows the part being available some 8 odd KM from the place this order is to be delivered. And it has taken them 4 days ( During ordering 14/Aug it said the part will be delivered in 1 day, when order was placed on 14/Aug the date of delivery moved to 17/Aug. Now its asking me to update the date when should it be delivered. This is turning out to be such a nightmare.

One of the worst experiences with Bodmo has been their fake commitments. When ordering, they committed to a delivery date of June 29th, but they have since revised the date three times.😡

Such a worst platform, they are providing fake delivery timeline just to get order confirmation, thereafter no support and no further information about your order that when this will be delivered or any responses for avoid delay in delivery.
The process must have streamlined just to make sure all the customers are happy and receiving their orders on time.

Ordered and paid for in full for a matching pair of car shock absorber bump stops. Only 1 pc arrived in 7 days and the 2nd pc is not available according to Boodmo. Kept postponing delivery date 3 times and yet after 17 days still no delivery. Checked for the same parts locally are available for a much lesser price. No follow up from boodmo unless I keep sending emails and enquiries to them. No offer for any refund or solution from the seller, just excuse after excuse

Boodmo is good platform for car parts but when one want to return the package it is not possible on Boodmo. The return process is nearly to impossible.
The platform became more luring
I have been using this platform from 2016. Earlier there is no tire based monthly discounts and convenience fee. Now the convenience fee is almost 10% of the purchase amount basically buying it more than the mrp. Even to look at some part numbers it was charging which used to be free.

Pathetic services.. i ordered OVRM for my car and it was found that it is not functioning properly. Later i requested for the return and i found out that it can’t be replaced as i already installed it on my car. Without installation how can one can see whether the part is functional or not ? Also there is no formal chat support or customer support. I thought it was a company since i had seen a lot of ads. Never ever order from this company.
