Absolutely shocking company. Returned two orders on same day. One order i was able to choose refund to original payment method. Second one automatically went to gift card. No way of changing it. Both orders returned in same package on same day. Gift card given 3 days later. 16 days later still waiting on cash refund. This company is shocking

Terrible Experience with Delivery and Refund Process
I placed an order with Boohoo on the 15th January but it was never delivered by Evri, of course!! Since January 22nd, I’ve been struggling to get a refund. It’s been incredibly frustrating. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but I feel like I’m just going in circles. They’re not taking responsibility for the delivery failure, and I’ve had to chase them for a solution.
Evri claims they couldn't deliver the package, and despite the fact that the issue isn't mine, Boohoo has been slow to respond and unhelpful in providing any compensation or even a simple update. It’s been over a month now, and I still haven’t received my refund.
The lack of communication and accountability from both Boohoo and Evri is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again, and I urge anyone considering making a purchase to think twice, as the risk of poor delivery service and poor customer support isn’t worth it.

AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS. Their refund process is a total scam. I requested a refund to the original payment method and they refunded to a gift card. Customer services have said once a refund is issued there is nothing they can do. So I’m having to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Awful customer service . They are making me pay for an item that never arrived in my parcel and refusing to provide so called evidence that the item was packed. It’s a joke I’ve shopped with boohoo for years and now I won’t buy from them anymore and I’d advise anyone else to do the same.
Nightmare getting your money back,
I had to return item as it didn't fit, took 2 months to get my money back, when I got resolver involved, despite sending proof of purchase, return and them receiving it back, they send stupid repetitive emails (when they actually bother to reply) most of the time they just ignore you, this is not the first time I've had serious trouble getting my money back, it happened 4 year ago, it won't happen again though as I would NEVER purchase from them again and would advise against them to everyone

100% been scammed by Boohoo! I did not and would never ever of selected a refund for a gift card! Why would anyone really want a gift card and not their money back.
The customer service team genuinely make up that this is what’s been opted when I know for a fact I didn’t.
I even have evidence of one return from them that it would be paid via original method via Klarna and they are still saying I have opted for a gift card. I think they have automated message to sent to everyone because their messages do not make sense at all.
I have had to use revolver to raise a dispute to them and another dispute to Klarna.

Constant automated messages they have taken £81 in December for an order that’s proven as returned and they keep saying the refund it’s being processed wait 10 days, it never happened and now they are saying it’s been to long to resolve. I'm only giving one star because I have to. It would be zero. Ordered a pyjama set for Valentine's day and it arrived with just the top and no trousers. Ordered again and paid for 1 day delivery, so I would at least be able to give my wife a present, but they didn't fulfil the order. The only way to contact them is through Facebook messenger!, so I'm now trapped in a loop of automated replies and no resolution. Avoid this company at all costs.
No Refund Processed After 2 Months Still Chasing
Do not shop here anymore!! extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order on 18th December totalling £200 and returned the items shortly afterwards as they were not of acceptable quality. Despite returning the order in good time, I am still waiting for my refund as of 15th February.
I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions and have repeatedly been told that “your refund has been processed” or that the team is “busier than usual.” Most recently, I was informed that as a certain timeframe has passed, they are no longer able to assist with the issue.
It is completely unacceptable that nearly two months later I am still having to chase a £200 refund. The lack of resolution and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Avoid!!!

Customer service sending me lies about how much I have received which is a lie as I paid on PayPal and it shows I only received £5.something instead of over double that I am owed. Never again in my life will I order from this awful company.

Boohoo/ Regatta sell as a third party on Debenhams.
They use EVRI as cheap for them.
But EVRI lose their parcels!! Particularly if you live in semirural rural areas.
EVRI use self employedcouriers , pay loely amounts per parcel so it is not financiallyviable for couriersto workinrural areas.
Scam of return to gift card.
After issues with a return dating back to November 2025 I have been informed I received a gift card, that ‘I selected’. I have emails and communication from customer service stating the refund would be to my original payment method (Klarna). This goes against my consumer rights, I did not select a gift card, and customer service is completely failing to discuss this issue.
No customer service
No communication except with endless chatbots that keep you in an endless loop. Trying to get refund on faulty item I think they hope you will give up so they can keep the money. Been a customer for years but will not be ordering again. Avoid! Didn’t want to give even one star.
Wrong items arrived, Poor Customer Service
Wrong items arrived; the colour of the product that arrived absolutely did not match the picture on the website (Red and Brown are miles apart). Trying to talk to a human for customer service help is a truly painful experience of needing to repeat yourself endlessly, going in circles, and never getting a clear answer. No response via email and bots on the other messaging platforms.
Would not recommend shopping here. I know I used to years back when it first popped up, but Boohoo has truly gone downhill since then.
Respectfully, spend more time and money on your customer service than you do on your marketing. No point attracting customers if you're unable to retain them.
