Scam. I have been signed up for over half a year. Not recieved any test date and they will not give me my money back despite sending multiple refund requests. They just send me to the same AI chatbot instead of letting me speak to a real person

bookdrivingtest.co.uk is a total scam, don't waste your hard earned money on it. after more than six months, i still don't get slot, and request for refund never get any response.

Our booked test is at the end of October and miles from home so when I signed up to bookdrivingtest.co.uk in May, they promised a revised test date within 6 weeks. I initially paid the £19 for the basic service but then to upgrade to the automatic booking service, I had to pay an additional £49. We're now 5 months later and we've had not one single notification. When I emailed, they said their fees were non-refundable though it doesn't state that anywhere in their Terms & Conditions. It's basically a scam.

I paid around £20 for the lifetime test slot notification service but as most of you probably know by the time you click on it to book, the slot is gone. So I paid £49 for the autobook service that doesn't just scan for test dates it books it for you automatically when a slot becomes available. I booked this service 7 weeks ago and I appreciate this is the busiest DVSA has ever been with bookings but I find it extremely hard to believe that not a single slot has become available. I've emailed to complain a couple of times now and was originally told at the start to allow up to 30 days for a new test date. After waiting for 7 weeks and widening my test window to 6 months I am still left with no new test however a friend of mine has paid for a fast tracked service with another provider and had a new test date for the same test centre I'm looking for within 3 days which clearly shows test slots are available and that the problem is with BDT's system. When I have asked about a refund they refused stating their terms and conditions and that the system starts scanning straight away, I feel like I've been misled into paying for a service that hasn't delivered. I would strongly advise against using this company and would give zero stars if I could.

The website is a scam - books the rest then cancels it after you send them money.

This thing is absolutely useless and a waste of money.

No tests found and they stopped responding when i requested a refund. scam, do not pay. also, they enable annual auto renewal so make sure you call your bank and block any future payments.

Scam! I paid £70 to the system to book a slot for me, but I did not receive any slot information or confirmation of a booking. I then booked a new exam and informed them to continue monitoring for available slots on my behalf, but I have received no feedback or updates.

Fraud website don't pay just talking money that's it nothing else

Avoid.... not worth it at all they don't even have auto booking dispite it saying that they do. You will get notification thorough email which Is no point because as soon as you go on dvsa website the test slot is gone like it was never there. If they don't refund your money dispute the payment with your bank.

I’ve been waiting for a slot since April 2025. It’s now mid-August and I’m still waiting for a confirmation. Their policy doesn’t allow refunds, so you’re basically giving them your money for nothing. They advertise that you’ll get a slot within 6 weeks, but I’ve been waiting 6 months with no update from them.

So, when you first sign up to the standard plan you get tonnes of emails saying this is available and thats available etc but by the time you sign on these have disappeared. So you think i'll sign up to the next plan at an added cost of £50ish and if they dont find you a test in the scale you require they will refund you. THE REFUND NEVER HAPPENS. Dont waste your money there is a better company out there that has given me better results in 2 hours than these have over 3 months

Paid for the app then went to refresh it said couldn’t recognised me account not found PLEASE DO NO USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAMMED DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE

After waiting 80 days, they didn’t find a test, tried getting a refund and nobody will answer me. This is a scam, don’t use them.

It is Very bad and book drivingtest.co.uk feels like scam. You would keep receiving emails,but none of the slots are available when you check. They refuse to refund you as it is the way they make money. My experience is to stay away from this website as it would waste your money.

Don’t trust this company! I signed up with Find Driving Test because they promised to find me a cancellation within my chosen 2-month time frame. It’s now been almost 3 months, and still nothing! When I asked for a refund, they said it’s non-refundable, which is ridiculous because their website clearly says you’ll get a refund if no test is found in time.
They lied about their guarantee and refused to take responsibility. Very poor service and zero customer care. Stay away!

I paid for the early test booking service in May and there has still not been any early test booking. Not happy with the service as it didn’t do as guaranteed. Refund requested but denied even though there was no early test way past 60 days.

I got their services (automatic booking which came to a total of almost £70) and not being able to deliver is fine- cause that happens, but they dont refund you the money as they promise. Wont even reply to your emails. They dont have a phone number where you can call and speak to someone. I emailed them multiple times and received a response ONCE where they questioned it and didnt agree to refund the money. I then had to put a dispute through my bank.

The driving test notifications they send are fishy as well- as i was signed up to multiple apps, none of the other apps sent the same slots and when i would click on it to book the test, it would disappear. Even if i clicked on it the same second. And it happened way too many times and i ended up getting the automatic booking feature and then somehow the slots disappeared ? Literally not a single test appeared after i paid for the automatic booking feature. Which tells me the notifications have to be fake?
I would definitely not recommend this site. Theres other sites which are more transparent with their t&c’s and i would personally go for those.

Dont waste your money- looks more like a scam specially for test centers like bletchley, etc where finding a test is hard, they can't do it either. Purchased the automatic one and didn't work, I was able to find cancellation myself as the app was ...sh...t.

Paid for Automatic Booking, customer service refused to refund when asked, as no test was found in a reasonable time frame. They have delivered me absolutely no value and no service and have no right to my money.
