DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They take your money and hide. They never contact you and you will lose your deposit.

Finally got hold of them. They apologised as they had no one in my area to provide an EPC and have now offered a refund. They said someone should have contacted me but I had received no contact.

I applied on line for the EPC, I was contacted by Hakan very soon afterwards to arrange a suitable time.

I was told when the certificate would be available and given a link to download load the certificate.

I found BookEPC online and booked an appointment with Hakan for the following week. He replied promptly to all my messages throughout, arrived on the agreed date, and provided the certificate by the end of the day. Great service at a great price. Highly recommended. Booking was fine but it got rescheduled twice and the team was unable to locate the person who was scheduled for the booking. Wasted my time for 1 week and no start the search again.
