I am extremely disappointed with both this company and their lounge provider. I paid for a premium lounge experience, but instead, I was met with long delays, unhelpful staff, and a complete loss of funds.

When booking, I selected the international terminal option available to me. Upon arrival, I was subjected to massive queues and long delays managed directly by their operator, severely cutting into the time I actually had to enjoy the lounge. Incredibly, customer service acknowledged that the wait time reduced the benefit of my booking, yet they still refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund.

To make matters worse, the consultant on duty on the day was completely inflexible and unhelpful. When I asked about a transfer due to terminal confusion—something that frequently happens when traveling or when airlines change gates—I was told it was "not possible" due to administrative back-end limitations between providers. Hiding behind terms and conditions and administrative excuses to cover up poor service design is unacceptable.

Relying on T&Cs to justify a terrible customer experience is no way to run a business. I was left completely unsupported, unable to use the service I paid for, and denied a refund. Save your money and book directly or look elsewhere.

Have booked airport parking many times over a number of years with FHR and never had any issues. Contacted company twice in recent weeks (cancellation and amendment), and they have dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently. Prices always competitive, and great customer service.

I booked a meet‑and‑greet service through FHR and ended up receiving two ParkingEye fines because the operator parked my car at a private car park I never used. I already won the first appeal, and now I’m dealing with a second one for the operator’s return trip. This had nothing to do with me — the operator simply chose to park my vehicle at Heathrow Point West. This has caused stress, wasted time, and unnecessary hassle. FHR need to take responsibility for the operators they use, because customers should not be left dealing with private parking charges caused entirely by the parking company’s actions.

Emailed this morning and within the hour had a response nd the problem was solved. Brilliant service.

This company absolutely made our holiday. The ease of the service was incredible. Lugging a suitcase, two car seats and a set of golf clubs along with 2 children under 5 is no mean-feat, but this parking service made it slick and easy and was second to none. Very prompt when called for collection and so accessible to Bristol Airport. I would highly recommend this over any car park at the airport. We are converted and will definitely be using again! Thank you so much.

Customer service outstanding! I had to cancel my booking & thought it’d be too late. It wasn’t. I got through to a human being who didn’t ask me a million security questions and did it within about 60 seconds. I will 100% be using them again. I already have in the past and had zero issues with them. Highly recommend.

The response to my query was handled very quickly within 5min.

Beware - FHR work with parking providers (Platinum Valet in this case) who provide a very poor service and rather than holding the parking companies to account they take no responsibility for the awful issues that the parking companies cause. Their response was not our problem we are not the parking provider.

Do not use this company, please heed my warning. I dropped my car off on the 12th of June 2026 and the car was inspected and I was told my car was in good working order. This included a photograph of the screen where the mileage was displayed and I also took a photograph of this. There were no warning lights displayed. A couple of days into the holiday my Ford app registered my tyre beginning to deflate which was worrying. Upon returning to the airport after our holiday we met the operative who returned the car and he made no mention of the fact that there had been a warning light until I asked him. He then said yes there had been a warning light on, but he had cleared it. I then inspected my tyre and there was clearly a nail in the tyre. The operative called the manager who showed up and made it clear this was not their issue or fault. I pointed out the obvious that it was handed in, in perfect order and now returned to me in a condition not fit to drive (as the tyre was ay 19PSI well below the Ford dangerous to drive on level). The friendly attitude changed and the manager denied everything including that vehicles are checked on arrival. I said I was not happy and would complain and he just smiled and said it would come to him and we would get the same response, which is exactly what happened. I asked what was I to do now with a 128 mile journey and an unsafe car and he told me it was not his problem and he also added that we had 10 minutes to leave the parking area or face further charges. As I said please heed my warning and stay well clear.

First class customer service. I emailed with an problem I encountered and was phoned back within an hour, problem resolved there and then. You don't get that level of service anymore!

Booked two cars for same time etc, ended up with two car parks no where near each other.
I made sure when booking there were no additional charges and turns out one had them anyway, additional £17 paid on arrival.
One car park called me but didn’t know why they were calling, we were running 15 minutes late so eventually that’s what they said. They then made comments to my partner and children about how she was glad she wasn’t going on holiday with me. Very unprofessional. Just because I was annoyed at them calling me and then handing me around to other people when I was busy parking the other car!
With the other car park, vans breaking with strange noises and doors that don’t open, crazy speeding snd driving, felt very unsafe, gated and need a code which they say is in the email but it 100% is not. Over 30 minutes collection on arrival at 1am, they know the flight so what are they doing?
Another person I saw on collection looked like he was having a worse time than me.
Will not use them again.

What a shambles booked but could n find it,no signs anywhere! ?apparently its down some discarded lane in the wilderness!

after 30 mins gave up emailed to cancel got a reply to
say id lost all my money. hard luck not our fault .scum
dodgy firm avoid at all costs you will regret it.Never again.I suppose they will reply dodgy firms do,saying get in touch etc lol

FHR is my go to for booking airport parking.
The prices are so competitive and choice wide.
Also if you need to amend your booking, as I have recently, the response is so quick and efficient it’s refreshing. 😊
Don’t waste your time trawling round other websites, just use FHR.

AVOID! We were charged £20 because we were 20 minutes after our booked time because a junction on the motorway was shut
On top of what we had already paid we had to pay the £8 to enter the car park and another £8 when they brought our car park.
We then had to wait 35 minutes for our car
What is the point of paying the extra for meet and greet to have to wait so long after a long flight for your car
