The service was just okay. I booked a bus ticket from Lahore to Rawalpindi through Bookme. I didn't face many problems, but the main issue was that the bus I had booked was not the same bus that was provided. Overall, the experience was manageable, but I expected to receive the bus I had actually booked.

Soo poor service didn't even serve water or cold drinks when I asked for water they gave me hot water that even couldn't be drunk, later on they cancelled there bus from Lahore to Multan and now it's been a month but I didn't get my amount back, so poor service so poor ethics they have

I booked a Sania Express bus ticket online through BookMe. After booking, I tried calling Sania Express's helpline that night for over an hour, but no one answered the call. I then called BookMe's helpline and asked whether Sania Express's terminal was the same as Faisal Movers' or a different one they confirmed it was the same.
The next day, I arrived early, at 4 PM, at the Faisal Movers terminal. Staff there checked my ticket and told me to wait in the Business Lounge. I waited for 40 minutes. When I followed up because my bus's departure time had passed and the bus still hadn't shown up, I was suddenly told that my terminal was actually a different one, located across the road, and that I needed to hurry because my bus was about to leave.

I immediately ran across the road weaving between cars, buses, and trucks just to avoid missing my bus. When I got there, Sania Express staff told me the bus was 5–10 minutes late and to wait. Shortly after, when a bus heading to Lahore arrived and I tried to board, I was told that my bus had already left.
When I went to customer care, they wouldn't give me a straight answer and simply said I could only be shifted to the next bus. At the counter, when I complained that I had missed my bus, they said "check your phone, you must have received a call." In reality, I had only received one call the one telling me to rush across the road to the other terminal. At that moment, all my focus was on not missing the bus; I had no chance to check my phone.

They then told me I would have to pay an additional 25% to be shifted to the next bus. My original ticket cost was Rs. 2772, and on top of that they charged an extra Rs. 700 for "missing the bus" even though the bus was missed because of their own staff's incorrect directions.
The ticket had "Ghazali Adda" listed as the location. When I asked why I had gone to Faisal Movers instead, I explained that this was my first time in the city and I didn't know the local terminals which is exactly why I had called the helpline the night before, but no one picked up. In the end, I missed the 5:10 PM bus and only managed to get a seat on the 7:50 PM bus, which Arrived at The Ghazali Terminal at 8:30 PM.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience poor helpline support, incorrect guidance from staff about the correct terminal, and on top of that, I was financially penalized for a mistake that was entirely the company's fault.

I made my booking and completed the payment through BookMe.pk. Everything was confirmed and paid. Then the night before my travel date my booking was cancelled with no proper reason and no warning at all. I was left with no time to make alternative arrangements. This is completely unacceptable.

When I contacted BookMe.pk for my refund they said it will take 10 to 12 working days. The cancellation was not done by me so why should I wait nearly two weeks for my own money to come back. That itself is wrong. But on top of that after the call there was nothing. No email. No reference number. No written confirmation. No message of any kind. Just one phone call and then complete silence.

How is a customer supposed to track a refund with no reference number and nothing in writing. If the money does not come back there is no proof of anything no way to follow up and no way to escalate. The customer is left completely helpless and that seems intentional.

BookMe.pk is handling real money from real people. This is not a small responsibility. The moment a refund is initiated the customer must receive a written confirmation and a reference number immediately. This is not extra. This is the bare minimum that any payment platform is expected to do.

Not everyone has money to spare while waiting nearly two weeks. Some people travel for urgent reasons. Some people cannot just sit and wait with no information and no proof. BookMe.pk needs to fix this process urgently. Until then I would strongly warn anyone to think very carefully before trusting this platform with their money because if something goes wrong you will be left with nothing in hand and no way to hold anyone accountable.

My experience with Kainat Travels and Bookme.pk was absolutely pathetic and disgraceful. I booked my Rawalpindi to Faisalabad ticket through Bookme for 23 April at 9:00 PM, but just one hour before departure, the bus staff suddenly started giving excuses like “security issue,” and later changed the story to “not enough passengers.” This clearly shows how unprofessional and poorly managed this service is. How can passengers be informed at the last moment after confirming bookings and taking full payment?
What is even more frustrating is the refund process. I requested my refund immediately, and today is already 10 May, yet I still have not received my money. Whenever I call, either nobody answers or I get the same useless promises like “Monday” or “within 2 days.” Both Kainat Travels and Bookme have shown extremely irresponsible behavior and zero respect for customers’ time and money.
This level of incompetence and careless customer handling is unacceptable. If companies cannot manage confirmed bookings or process refunds on time, they should stop claiming to provide professional service. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would never recommend this service to anyone.

😡😡😡I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been more than 2 weeks, and I still have not received my refund. Despite waiting for so long, there has been no proper update or resolution from your side. This delay is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I expected much better customer support and faster processing, but unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. Customers should not have to wait this long for their own money. Please resolve this issue immediately and process my refund without any further delay.😡😡😡😡

Best for airline travel

I booked a bus ticket from Karachi to Sadiqabad for 13 March 2026 but on the given day, when I called the bus service provider to confirm my booking, they told me that they have no connection with Bookme. I called Bookme and they told that they are sorry and they will refund my ticket. But till now I have not received my refund yet despite calling them many times. Apart from creating a panic situation for the customers by informing them about last minute cancellations, they are not even taking the refund process seriously. This is the worst experience I had while booking ticket.

I had a very bad experience with Bookme. Its been 6 months they haven't refund my amount against my booked ticket. The Airline had cancel its flight as I purchased ticket from bookme, they have bound to refund my amount but till now I haven't recieved it yet

We book ticket from bookme on 30 September 2025 the ticket was cancelled and now its more than 4 months still we didn't got any refund

I add money in bookme app for buying tickets but when I try to book I received error so then I decided to book manualy. When I withdraw they take me 100 rupees service charges also on still pending

I booked my tickets 5 days in advance and received a booking confirmation from Bookme. Booking reference number is AXBM66031142787. However, on the day of departure, when I called the bus operator to confirm timing, I was shocked to be told that my tickets were never confirmed.

Bookme never informed us about this issue. When I contacted their support, they admitted that the tickets were not confirmed by the bus operator, yet no notification, call, or message was sent to us beforehand.

This caused unnecessary stress, last-minute panic, and completely disrupted our travel plans. What is the point of a “confirmation” if it doesn’t actually secure the seat?

Extremely unprofessional handling and zero accountability. I would not recommend relying on Bookme if your travel plans are important.

They entertain bus stands like Bahawalpur Express. I booked tickets from Bookme with Bahawalpur Express. The departure was of 8 am, but they delayed it for 2 hour and said, we have to make delay due to smog. But actually they were trying to make a deal with Skyways Express to take passengers from them.

I booked 5 RoadMaster seats for 30 Nov (PKR 14,911). RoadMaster cancelled the trip themselves, and I had to apply for a refund through BookMe since they were holding the payment.

The refund did eventually come through, but only after an unnecessarily long delay with no proactive updates or acknowledgment along the way. It shouldn’t take this much effort to get money back for a service the provider cancelled.

Glad the payment was finally received, but the experience was frustrating and customer communication needs serious improvement.
