PLEASE DO NOT USE!
We booked a transfer through Viator with this company for a transfer from Rhodes airport. When we arrived in Rhodes there was no sign of anyone and none of the numbers worked to contact anyone.
We had to get a taxi which was more expensive and it took ages with my elderly relatives to find something suitable.
I emailed and had a standard response saying they would look into it and then no answer.
Viator were useless and said no their problem.
If they are a few quid cheaper there is probably a good reason!
Avoid like the plague!

We used this service for our transfer from the airport, and it was a smooth experience. It was so much less stressful than dealing with taxis

Do not use this company. We booked a taxi transfer to Airport in Gran Canaria on 24th July from our hotel. We waited and waited, called them repeatedly with no explanation. Can saying wait 5 minutes! We waited over 1 hour and then ordered a regular taxi. This was an additional cost to the cost of this transfer. This company has still not provided a refund or explanation. We have disputed the cost with revolut card, however this scamming company have provided lies and misleading information to the card company, stating we received the goods and services! Such lies…do not use SCAMMERS.

Our driver delivered us to our hotel without delay. The car was comfortable and clean. We asked the driver to power-off the air conditioner as it was cold, kindly he powered it off immediately. Overall we were satisfied and would use again when needed.

I prepaid for an airport transfer to my apartment in Florence. There was no one with a sign with my name, as requested. So I called customer service, and I promptly told (off) that my driver has been waiting 40 minute and to go outside to the arrivals area. I provided my flight details and a company that size should know how to properly time pick ups and allow for bags to be picked up. But more importantly, customer service reps not be rude to customers about things outside traveler’s control.

I went outside to the arrivals area. I walked back and forth. There was no one holding a sign for me. So I called the customer number again to say there was no one with a sign with my name. He rudely said “Can I speak to someone else who understand what to do.” Bottom-line, the driver was not holding the sign up, probably because he got tired of holding up and it caused unnecessary confusion.

But more importantly, the rude representative should get re-trained in how to be a good customer service representative. My suggestion to other travelers, pick a different company or better yet, ask the property you are staying with for a referral. I am certain you will have much butter service.

Giving 2 stars, since at least the driver got us to the location without incident.

Have used in Iceland and Bulgaria without issue however we were left stranded at a Tunisian airport, unable to contact them. Will not use again!

COMPLETE FRAUD!
I booked a return taxi ride with them at Paris airport. No one was there. They give you a French telephone number in case you need to contact them. It's an answering machine in French. I waited 40 minutes. Nothing!!! As I said, complete fraud. I reported them to American Express for not just a refund but for also investigations. PLEASE AVOID.

This "service" is a scam and of no benefit to you! Unless you like paying 50% more than necessary for things!!
Grab a taxi outside your destination, DO NOT get ripped off by these scammers!!

It was an easy trip to the airport with all of that luggage. Thank you guys.
