I have the pleasure of working with Mike Ramos and his team at Book Publishing Plus. I have found the editing process to be very smooth, and we found both major and minor corrections, even up to the last minute. I'm glad this process was not rushed. Mike's team made prompt changes regarding my cover art, and they were great with addressing my requirements. I am also extremely happy with the audio version of Choking God. After reviewing sample audio from eight candidates, I chose my book to be narrated by Timothy Alwein, and each new chapter I received, was like being given a gift. Amazing talent!

I am disappointed with every edit, especially the final edit. After spending 2 hours on chapter 1, fixing your company's many mistakes, I am giving up. Either relook at my manuscript or refund my money tomorrow. Please include the name and phone number of your direct supervisor. For example, in Chapter 1, Labels that accompany the photos are in the middle of the script. You have wasted months of my time by not returning my phone calls or properly editing my manuscript. Hopefully, you can correct all the mistakes Lisa Clinton,
your fired Project Manager, at Book Publishing Company, made after someone looks at and reviews the manuscript. You need a quality control department review before sending back the manuscript.

From the first day till the last the team leader Solomon and his editors were there for me every step of teh way, there was no questions that was not answered regardless time of day. As too the work, they did editing to perfection and made the cover design just stunning. I first thought , this might not go the way I wanted. I had a fantastic experience working with Helen Cooper as my Project Manager. Helen was very efficient at delivering my project to a very high standard.

There were a number of things I had to grasp to enable me to complete the project, however Helen was clear and concise with her communication and Project Managing skills to ensure everything was done to a high standard. Helen gave 110% of her time, energy and committed herself to my project to deliver Excellence for me and I am truly grateful for all she has done to help me.

It took nearly ten months to publish my book. For some reason, several issues continually came up while it was going through the Amazon Publishing platform.

Fortunately, at one point, when I was thoroughly disenchanted, Mr. Marshall Salazar stepped in and resolved the issues, unlike the other well-intentioned customer service personnel.

What makes Mr. Salazar different from the others in his position is his knowledge of resolving any problem that may surface and his professional demeanor.

I am a 78-year-old former Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and Los Angeles Police Officer and I have seen it all.

I believe Mr. Salazar is of management material and a real asset to Amazon Publishing.
