Don't waste your money.... I have been using the neck firming serum, and the anti ageaing serum for a month now and have not seen any difference or improvement at all - I am so tired of these companies playing on our insecurities just to take our money - when does it stop...

I ordered from Boost Labs on December 17, 2025. It is now March 4, 2026. I still have not received a portion of my order. They claim it has been delivered to my address twice, which it has not. They refuse to refund my money and continue to give me the run around.

On my second bottle, rubbish a waste of money.

Terrible customer services, my order was not picked until 3 days after i ordered and then only picked because I emailed to ask when the item would be sent.
Charged in AUS and 15 delivery for a tiny little box - was sent from Auckland and not AUS.
In transit from Akl to Taupo from 30 Jan until 3 Feb - essentially lost - offered immediate refund or option to wait until investigation completed - i asked for refund so I could re buy, then told - no I needed to wait. It was located and delivered but Ashley sent 8 emails which contradicted the previous emails and was borderline harrassment.
Absoulute nose bleed and would never spend my money with them again.
The product seems ok, only used once.

I've worked in the beauty industry for 15+ years. Well done Boost Lab on your products. I had been eyeing them off before Christmas. Hubby purchased the neck and anti ageing serums. I loved them that much I purchased all of these on the boxing day sales 🤭🫣❣️.

It's still early days.
Products have a slight smell nothing overpowering. I'm sensitive to smells.
Texture is on point as well.
No oily film or residue left product fully absorbed.
I have noticed changes after about 1 week.

Due to the time year delivery was a little slower however public holidays where in the mix being Christmas/ New year's. Once I got your order is ready it arrived the following day. Due to time of year no complaints.

10/10 will be coming back again and again and recommending to family and friends.

I'm not one to leave a review as I'm hard to please as I've worked in the industry. However I'll give credit when I find something I love and does what it claims.

Absolutely love this company. I have many of their serums and have placed 3 or 4 orders now. Always fast delivery and my skin has never felt better. Do yourself a favour and get on board. Products are affordable and very relatable.

I was a bit doubtful having read previous reviews but as my daughter wanted some of their products for Christmas i crossed my fingers and ordered yesterday. The package arrived today, late morning, with the postman so very happy with the service. Can’t comment on the products though

Ordered on the 13th October delivered 14th October had a royal mail tracker .can't ask for better than that 👍

he order I placed on Boostlab.co.com on August 24, 2025, has still not arrived even though 20 days have passed.
My order number is: 295161.
Despite contacting customer service multiple times via email, I have not received a positive response. They are either ignoring my refund request or deliberately prolonging the process. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend them. Please consider this warning before making a purchase.

Using 4 products at the moment, one being the neck firming, I’m 54 and just starting to see a change in my neck. After using this for a couple days I feel and see the difference. My face feels so soft I even said to my husband, feel my soft skin lol. Going to buy more products today. Affordable and it works. Thank you

Only giving 1 star as zero is not an option. Do not buy from Australia they do not reply to emails and do not resolve non receiving of product issues. 12 emails and several messages over 6 days. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Still no delivery and no idea what’s happening with my order as they don’t respond to you.
