Great Customer Service and quality of photos, again.

really lovely cushion, colour is good and it was easy to design. the only gripe is the time it took to reach us but it was quicker than it said it would be and i should have ordered it earlier!

Found the process of ordering prints very easy. Photos were easy to upload and the prints arrived in a matter of days. Have used Boots before and will no doubt use again when I need to order more prints.

I ordered prints online, the software said some loss of sharpness at the edges. I rang in to check that they werent going to be cropped and was told that no they wouldnt be. So placed the order but when the prints arrived they were indeed cropped so no use to me. Refunds needed the prints to be returned which was aggravation so didnt bother.

Appalling customer service at the Cowbridge Road Cardiff Boots store. The staff have no interest in helping customers. Will not get photos delivered to that store again as they can never find them.

All the picture stuck together and are ruined. Feel completely ripped off. Terrible quality, other ones from different companies kept with them are fine. Never use cewe

Beautiful created my phone case but due to unknown reason my parcel did not arrive at the exact date which made me confused but customer service care was not bad at all

Great, easy to use process and quick delivery with quality prints.

Went to boots longbridge to get some prints. Couldn't get either machine to work with leads. No internet connection.
Tried blue tooth which took do long we abandoned it. Was in the store for an hour with various members of staff trying to help.

Went home and looked up M Spielman. Realised we could simply download the pics and click and collect. Wish we had known sooner...was so simple, same price as boots. I know what to do in future.

It was supposed to take 2-3 working days. Now it’s going to take 10 days and be late for a major birthday with no warning that it was going to be late until well after the delivery date. Really poor.

brilliant product, however, it was not easy to complete the task this time. Is there any way of simplifying the process?

Easy to order and quick delivery

It was a large order which would have taken ages to print out at a Boots store. Will use from now on for future prints.

I ordered a custom phone case for my Pixel 9 XL Pro. The browser design app just worked properly, was easy to use and provided a nice preview of my custom case and how it would look on my phone. Turnaround was fast and the gorgeous new case was packed well for delivery. It has already held out VERY well from two drops - the lip on the screen side is enough to protect it from impact. And a much better price than sites like Casetify (their browser design apps don't even always work well!). Would definitely buy again.
