I recently purchased a Bosch integrated Dishwasher
I recently purchased a Bosch integrated dishwasher, but unfortunately the appliance was delivered without the mounting kit required to attach the decorative kitchen door.
Initially, I contacted Currys, who offered me a 10% discount to keep the dishwasher and advised me to obtain the mounting kit separately. Before that, I had to visit the store to check whether they had the required parts, and I was also asked to provide a video demonstrating the issue. Whilst Currys did eventually offer a resolution, it took quite a bit of time and effort.
I then contacted Bosch through their WhatsApp customer service. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally the issue was handled. The adviser promptly identified the correct parts, provided me with the relevant part numbers, checked when the dishwasher had been delivered, and arranged for the mounting kit to be sent to me free of charge.
Considering the dishwasher had only recently been delivered, I really appreciated Bosch’s willingness to help rather than charge me for the missing parts. Their excellent customer service completely made up for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the missing components.
I wasn’t expecting such a positive outcome, so I was delighted with the level of support I received. Thank you, Bosch, for resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

Reporting the need for a repair was easy via telephone.
An appointment with Engineer tracking was extremely helpful.
The Engineer, Darren, who came out to us was friendly and respectful. Did a fabulous job and we were back to normal with our machine.

Bosch series 6 washing machines don't last
Bosch series 6 washing machine. Planned obsolesence at its finest! A simple bearing repair now requires a complete tub replacment. Bosch has bonded the tub halfs together wich is an engineered barrier to repair. A new tub costs more than a new BEKO machine.
@ Consumers, If you want a machine that lasts, Buy 2 BEKOs and have change left over.
@ Bosch engineers, do the right thing, go back to repairable machines, keep your products out of landfil. Stop marketing cheap bonded tub machines as a premium product
