I have been wearing my Proton Max hearing aids for over a month now and am pleased with the way they help me hear better. Sure I experienced some difficulties at first but they were taken care of within a reasonable time by Bossa. Like all other hearing devices available out there we have to read the user manual and allow our ears to become accustomed to them. For those who say they are too big, try using smaller tips as I have done. These hearing devices are much better than high priced hearing aids I have bought in the past as they provide a wider range of frequencies, with highs, lows and midrange which have added more understanding to spoken words for me. So far my response to what did you say again has been minimal and I am hoping they will continue to work that way for a long time.

Absolutely Terrible Company. I ordered hearing aids and ear cleaner from their Black Friday special, the ear cleaner was back ordered to an indefinite period of time (then why sell it and take my money if you can’t deliver. Then the aids arrived, worked okay for a few hours, then kept shorting out, despite the full charge. I jumped through all their hoops to return, and the communication was a challenge. Had to call multiple times and multiple emails to finally get a refund notice, and 28 days after they received my refundable hearing aids, I still don’t have the money back. It’s a disgusting practice to hold on to a clients money long after they gave you the product back. It does zero good in their account unless they’re involved in a pyramid scheme. It’s unethical. I highly recommend nobody buy from business with Bossa Hearing. If you’re satisfied, great, but if you’re not, buckle up for a nightmare attempt to reclaim your money. Shame on Bossa.
Edit: It’s now 1-20-24, I started the return process November 2023. Nearly 60 days to refund me, and their response below is oooh… we’ll look into that. Thanks for the generic form letter. Bossa operates out of spite, “you don’t like our poorly designed product? Well we’re going to just keep your money for an unreasonable period of time.” Just imagine if I took two months to pay for their product. Absolutely childish failure of management.

I am owed a refund for this product, which we returned unopened. They confirmed receipt on 11/27/23. I was assured by the company that we would receive our refund, but they have yet to refund us. I have emailed and called and emailed and called, and NOTHING. I think they are untrustworthy and are fraudulent.

I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Bossa. After waiting for an entire month to receive them, they ended up not fitting into my ear canals. I returned within 3 days and 1st they tell me they didn't receive them, when I had the tracking number and ALL the information to prove that they did, then I waited and waited and waited for my money back to always get the same answer from them. "the refund has been expedited, let me get with finance" this is a "routine" response!!! I emailed them every single day and made phone calls... and after getting my financial institution, and the BBB involved I did finally get my refund, but it took over 2 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO YOU MAY NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF THEY DON'T FIT!!!!!

Same story as every other complaint here. Confirmed with Bossa they received my return package on 12/1/23. As of 1/16/24, no refund. Rep and Victoria Summer, Supervisor for Customer Service provided a complete run around by giving the WalMart answer when asked about my refund. "Sorry, that's not my department." When asked to speak with Finance Dept, was informed they do not have phones. Asked to speak with a manager, was informed I could email to the general email account to get anything done. Do not purchase from this company, this is a FRAUD and they steal your money.
