Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Ordered over 2 months ago and only received one reply that looks like the same computer generated email scam that's sent to everyone. Do not waste your time ordering anything from this company. SCAM!!!!!!

A FEW GENERIC EMAILS ABOUT PRODUCTION DELAYS, blah blah blah.
STILL NOTHING!! NOW they won’t even respond to my emails. They are THIEVES!

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company. Made a purchase February 19th it is now June 6th never received item or refund after calling several times over the last 3 months and told they would issue a refund. I am reporting them to the BBB and calling the attorney general and i am also going to be posting all over social media about my terrible dealings with this company.

I place an order on may 10 2024 .its June 5 and I still haven’t received my order I call customer service and they keep you waiting for Hr and they say they will call u back and they never do .im very disappointed with this company i had to cancelled my order and call my credit card for the refund

I order them almost 3 months now and…

I order them almost 3 months now and nothing. When l contacted them it’s the same excuse every time. Don’t think they are a legitimate company they are there to take peoples money and that’s about it. Going to check and see if they are some help from company’s like this. Contact BBB and asked them.

I don't know why I didn't read these reviews before I ordered these hearing aids, but I didn't, am now paying the price. I placed my order on April 1, 2024. I sent many, many e-mails requesting shipping info. always acknowledged but never recevied any shipping info. Finally cancelled order on May 6,2024 and requested refund, again received acknowledgment however have never received a refund. Advised would notify cancellation team. Have been sending weekly requests. same results.

Product sucked. Refund never came in six months. Not a legitimate company, apparently, from the many unhapppy reviews.

The "hearing aids" (actually only amplifiers, no adjustment possible( were returned in strict accordance with Bossa's various requirements (every item or scrap of paper enclosed, so we can quickly send them to the next sucker), sent return receipt requested and USPS confirmed their receipt. Months of silence followed, I got email responses like "we're still confirming your return" for literally months. Six months later I have received nothing, and the occasional reply to my monthly inquiries is becoming rare (and obviously automated). Yeah, it's not a lot of money, $60, but it appears from the reviews that this is business as usual for these people.

After 2 months still waiting for my order, so far they have refused to give me a refund, they send the same generic answer to my request, trustpilot should have a strong response to this matter and immediately have a warning to potential future customers who don’t want to pay and get nothing!
Your answer is the same for all customers who still waiting for their order or refund.

Accounting people are terrible!

I bought these hearing aids in November of 2023. Paid for them, took at least 4 weeks to receive them. Returned them at the end of December. They say they will refund if not satisfied, I actually just didn't care for them so I called for permission to return them. I was approved for return, and did so. After many emails, and saying it was excepted I have expected a refund. Now it's been six months and still no refund. They keep telling me it's the accounting people who are slacking, well those finance people need to find a new job or this company is just being deceitful. Don't get conned by these people, they'll take your money instantly and not give it back. Unfortunately most of the people who need these hearing aids are older people who can't afford to just fork over a hundred thirty bucks for nothing!

Bossa product returned Dec 23 but no refund

I returned my Bossa product in December of 23 and as of May 25th of 24 I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted them monthly and each time I get an excuse. Like "it should have been done by now", "let me check with our finance team" etc. Bossa even told the BBB in my complaint that they mailed a check. Do not buy from this company. They just take your money and take food off your table.

Jake This Company is A SCAM SCAM SCAM they take the money of the credit card right away but they don't send any Hearing Aids. how can you people live with yourself taking other peoples money. Put my Money back on my card So I can buy Hearing Aids somewhere else. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN>

They don't actually give refunds

I tried them and didn't find they worked for me. So I sent them back for a refund. They did reply that they received my RMA. That was 7 months ago. Still no refund.
All I get is 'this has already been worked on'. But still no refund.
This company is a complete scam.

They left a message here on TP to contact them. I did, with the same results... no refund yet after several weeks and multiple contacts.

DO NOT do business with this SCAM company.

Terrible product and customer support. Lied on their website

Terrible customer support! I purchased the hearing aids in December and they did not ship until January 21st. They claim that they now have a 45 day return policy but it says 100 days guaranteed on their website.

I ordered them in December and they will not honor after not delivering them until the end of January

Do not buy from Bossa. It was a bad experience all the way.

not happy at all~~~

on Apr 23, 2024 I cancelled my order, Was told I would be refunded soon, and here a month has gone by and still no refund!! what do I do now???

here it is 3 days since they said would make it right. and got NOTHING!!!
It has now been well over a month since they said I would be refunded.. and NOTHING!!! yet

been over a week since I wrote my review and since then I get their same stock reply "Apologies for the delay on your refund. We will make it right for you and have the canceled order refunded." and still NO results!!!!

I have now contacted the BBB. tired of try to handle this myself with no results.. hope others will do the same.

Lousy customer service

I purchased two sets of Bossa hearing aids. I ordered them in November and did not receive them for 4 weeks. One of the two sets had a defective unit which never worked and I returned it to Bossa for replacement or repair. Bossa generated a shipping label as if they were going to send a replacement. When I did not receive anything after 4 weeks I called Bossa and was told that the company did not have any units available to ship and that I would just have to wait. After another month went by I called again and spoke to someone who told me that they were still not available and that they hope to have them soon, but there was nothing they could do to help me and that I would just have to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that request was not accommodated. I continue to get daily emails advertising the new models of hearing aids that are available and If the company provided adequate customer service I would gladly buy two pairs of the latest product. As it stands now I would just like to have my money returned for the faulty pair that I received. At the moment I can only advise others to stay clear of doing business with your company due to the incredibly poor service which I have experienced.
