What a crap company
What a crap company. Service is the WORST ive ever had from any company. They dont even bother trying to address you properly, dont respond until 3-4 days later at least, and dont even try to help. They say they will do something (in my case change shipping address) only to tell you a full 1.5 weeks later that they cannot do it. You email them again asking for help and they dont bother responding. Do not do business with this excuse of a company.

I'd give half a star at best. Sent the wrong sizes on coats (and quality less than good) and the wrong pair of shoes altogether! And they refuse to refund me even though their policy states so. They sent me the wrong item and expect me to keep it and only refund me 30%!!! What a load of crap....BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Purchased a mens coat that wasn't even close to fitting correctly. Their products is mis-sized. I contacted them via email and never heard back. They will not return any email communication with me and I can not find any telephone service number for them. Very dissatisfied with this product and the lack of service after the sale.

I spent over $200 on what I thought was a beautiful men's coat & that included "fast shipping", almost a moth ago. I still have not received my coat yet. Therefore I tried finding a contact number for them. There is not 1..you have to email them. That's always a bad sign when you can't call a company .. For this kind of money, their customer service is absolutely horrible & unacceptable. I have still not heard back from them. This was my 1st time buying from them. I will never buy from them again

Their customer service is atrocious. Their return policies are a lie. I'll never order anything from this site ever again. I warn everyone about this!!! Don't order from this website!!!! They sent the wrong size wouldn't let me return it because "shipping cost was too high" ie they don't want to refund my money. I have spent 2 weeks corresponding with someone from the site and they gave me nothing but robot answers and more aggravation. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give them
