I subscribed to BotBiz WhatsApp API service on 1st April 2026 for my Shopify store, expecting smooth automation for order confirmation messages.

Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing.

The WhatsApp API worked only for the first 24 hours. After that, order confirmation messages stopped syncing properly with Shopify, and order statuses were not being updated at all. This defeats the core purpose of using such a service.

Despite continuous follow-ups for over 15 days, their support team failed to resolve the issue. Instead of fixing the problem, they repeatedly shifted the blame onto my Shopify setup — even though my previous WhatsApp API provider was working perfectly fine with the same store.

There has been no proper technical resolution, no accountability, and no clear timeline provided.

If you are running a Shopify store and relying on automation for customer communication, I would strongly advise caution before choosing BotBiz. Based on my experience, their service reliability and support responsiveness are not up to the mark.

They charge for a full-year subscription upfront, which has now been completely wasted due to their failure to resolve the issue.

The service is very bad. i paid a month back and some server issue and they are gone .. raised , followed their team through WhatsApp, link din etc .. but very poor response.. i lost my 6k wat i paid as nothing is live. so please stay away from this company as its not at all professional

Botbiz is a great tool, am using it from last 1.2 years and its really cheap in cost and working very good.

support is very bad they didn't solve problem. they ask money and hidden fees letter for every service not recommended this platform.
