I have been using Botika for PDP generation for a year now and I love it. My preferred workflow is "on model" as I find the in house poses for flat lays do not really work for my products. The new models released in 2026 are a vast improvement over the legacy models.
I like how credits roll over - unlike many other subscriptions. This is a major point of difference that makes Botika stand out.
In the future I would like to see a wider variety of models - particularly masculine. I have also found the render of male models vs females to be of different quality and I suspect more time is spent coding the females. I would also like to have 'expressions'. The perfect blank stare is becoming boring.
I am exploring the new editorial feature and so far have produced some really good results.
All in all I really rate Botika and would happily recommend it to other founder/creatives.

I work in 3D, and I use Iabotica.ai daily as part of my workflow. The results it delivers from 3D assets are incredibly reliable, especially for garment visualization and clothing representation on models. In my experience, the platform reads and interprets assets very accurately — particularly in my case, working with rendered 3D objects and fashion-related content.
It has become a tool I’ve fully integrated into my production process, and I’m genuinely very happy with both the quality of the results and the consistency it provides. It saves time while maintaining a very professional output.
I also want to highlight their customer service. I had a small issue at one point, and the team resolved it very quickly and efficiently. That level of support makes a huge difference when using a tool on a daily basis.
Highly recommended.

Il software e' IMBARAZZANTE non riproduce correttamente il design, in pratica si inventa delle parti (!!!!) ma poi arriva il bello... l'assistenza, che non c'e. Ti rispondono, dicono di mandare l'id del progetto e poi spariscono. State alla larga.

You need to sort your billing system out.
Not marking which models are available on which plans is bad practice. Upgrading double charges users i.e Lite ($22) > Pro ($33) should net $33, not $55.
Paying for a service and being told the output is delayed after already waiting 10 minutes is unacceptable. You've built your service to not scale properly.
Price/option gating from a month ago has become way too aggressive as well. Most of these problems have been introduced between when I first used your service and had a mostly positive experience and now, not 2 full months apart.
Overall, this product is a good idea, but poorly built and implemented and seemingly this is getting worse over time, will use this time and then cancel.
Don't recommend and won't use in future.
Such a shame.

Botika has been a game changer for us. We used to have such a hard time finding models that would "vibe" with our brand and from casting to production and planning it would take an army to get it done. We love the features and with the changes they are making we keep seeing better results and are implementing it more and more.. Love it!

Easy to use and well priced. Flexible and helpful with quick assistance when needed. Any minor fixes were completed quickly with no drama. It has been a game changer for my small brand. I still use models for shows etc but for shopify you can organise a couple of images in a flash to add to your store. Will definitely continue using Botika if my experience remains the same

Scam company that keeps on lying. Don't put your card in there and if you do, call bank to cancel it immediately. they won't let you cancel subscription and forced to buy monthly plan. Don't trust their professional email replies here. They are scammers

Really bad. I bought into package and the photo issues dont ever get resolved. the models look so AI and distorted. I had to buy a package to FACEAPP to fix everything and they dont have any ages except. It always distorts my designs too. Use REFABRIC instead

I signe up with my apple account through ipad. Bad move!! I cant cancel my subs, bow is 2 months further, what they can say, you can cancel it through iphone not ipad. I asked them help many times,they gave me link that works only for iphone while i told them i dont have one. So i do need to buy iphone to cancel my subs ??
finally after long email conversation, Avi friedman had cancel my subs manually. I was thankful. I give 3 stars because it tooks me over a month to finally get someone understand my situation and cancel it for me.

Feels like a scammy subscription trap. Stay far away.
Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. When I canceled my subscription I lost the credits I already paid for.

This is a good idea and very unfortunate that they cant get it right. I have persisted with this app for 2 months. Today I loaded the same image (a skirt) three times and got back completely different images, none of them resembling the skirt. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely the Worst AI Imaging Experience — Avoid at All Costs
Botika AI is hands down the most frustrating and unreliable AI imaging tool I’ve ever used. The service is appalling — not only is the image generation wildly inconsistent (same prompt, different results every time), but even after personally providing clear reference examples to their customer service team, they still couldn’t get it right.
And that’s when you can actually get a response — which you likely won’t. I waited over four days without a single reply to multiple emails during the working week. Zero accountability. Zero follow-up. Just silence.
The platform itself feels broken, chaotic, and completely disconnected from the needs of anyone who wants consistent, usable AI-generated content.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this software. There are far better alternatives out there — Flux.ai is miles ahead, cheaper, and actually works. I wish I had done my research before wasting time and money here.
Don’t make the same mistake. Botika AI is a disaster.

Terrible experience. Spent more than $100 and it was supposed to provide photo correction in 24 hours but still its taking 3-4 days and most of the images are unsupported.
Talked with customer support and they reply back after 1 week so yeah highly terrible company. just give 1-star and leave
