Your customer service guy called Pranith is of no good to your service, he had a very bad, rude and unprofessional attitude towards me.
I bet you, with this type of person in your company, you'll lose clients anyhow because his kind of personality expells people. I am certain after this transaction I am deleting this app from my phone and never ever visiting it back.
I have sent money to a family member in the hospital to be used to clear the bills in order to be discharged but would you believe its been two days now and the person is still there at the hospital without any alert of receiving the money and what kills me the most is that the bill keeps increasing as the day goes by.

Botim Customer Service is a Joke. The worst ever, if u want to waste your time tome, energy and money call them. They will hold you on the line for 30 minutes without telling you anything what they are working on until u will lost your patience and hang up. As addtion, they will give u wrong timeline,details and falls hope.

Never trust botim at all. I sent my hard earned money to support my son study in canada worth 500CAD and 1360AED last Dec 23 2025. Unfortunately the app showing transfer completed but the money was not received by my son. the app is a full scam. customer service not available. emails only but till now money was not returned in wallet.

I reported an issue with my BOTIM/PayBy account and submitted ALL requested documents, including Emirates ID and verification photo. Since then, there has been complete silence. My account remains locked and my money inaccessible with no explanation or update. This is unacceptable customer service for a financial-related platform. I demand immediate resolution. Until then, I do not recommend this service.

I paid AED 35 for a BOTIM prepaid card 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. Every time I contact customer support, they redirect the issue without resolving anything. No clear updates, no delivery, and no refund despite repeated follow-ups.
This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Charging customers and failing to deliver the service promised is unacceptable.

It’s so sad and heartbreaking that i now have to come here with this review, the service is something else , it’s been a week I’ve been asking to cancel just 1 transaction and get my refund but surprising i got an email which says the issue has been escalated , how? And this isn’t the first time I’m having issues with this app but what to do will wait and see if they do want to refund my money or not because the recipient didn’t received it either.
