How this guy hasn’t got a solid 5 stars is beyond me. He is excellent at his job having just done a full house carpet clean for us in a property we have rented. He knows his stuff and works efficiently and professionally using good products to leave the home smelling clean and fresh.

I have paid for a carpet clean before and been left with soaking wet carpets that didn’t look much different however I returned home from work to completely dry carpets looking brand new! Would recommend Bounce Bank Carpets to anybody, called to get a price for carpet and sofa cleaned, was asked to send photo of sofa, so they could check the material and the correct method could be carried out, was given a price, date and time. Ashley and team arrived on time very friendly and polite. They got straight on with work, very impressive the way they work. Sofa and Carpet looks like new, very happy.
