Thanks to Boundless Book Publishers for delivering amazing results on my book ‘Foggy Forest Friends’. I enjoyed working with their team, Mr. Sam and the illustration division who skillfully and carefully designed the book cover and dedicated their time to coin together multiple illustrations to aid children’s ability in reading and picturing the story, bringing it to life. It was a remarkable first experience for publishing my book and I am grateful to have worked with this Publication company. They have successfully created a wonderful experience for children, myself and my book’s future success. I would be delighted to trust them with another project in the upcoming future for making Foggy Forest Friends possible.

Boundless Book Publishers are a waste of your time and money
I worked with them for over a year to publish my (adult themed) photographic art book. Delay, after delay, after delay. Slow communication, until they do not answer any emails or return calls.
I'm still trying to get my money back, yet they don't answer the phone (voicemail).

It was my first time publishing a book and was skeptical at first. I was assigned to Ryan as my project manager. Ryan walked me through each step enlightening me as we went along. I published my first book and then with Ryan's recommendation to make my book into a video on You Tube, we did just that. It was a big hit and I went on to do a 2nd video which was an even bigger hit and now we are working on a 3rd and I have 2 more books I'm going to be publishing. Ryan has inspired me form the start showing me how talented I really am and now I'm on a roll. Thank you!

Since January 2026, advances in my book have been very slow, the output incomplete. Hoping to get a positive response to my requests soon.
Boundless Book Publishers has sincerely apologized for the inconveniences I have outlined below and assures me of proper delivery and service. I have accepted the apology and will report here on advances.
Boundless Book Publishers is neither efficient nor trustworthy. Their main focus is on how to get more money from you by upselling services that were not initially contracted. Initially, I was happy about the company’s enthusiasm for my book. But with time, it became clear that, instead of making sufficient progress on the contracted services, they kept trying to convince me to pay high sums for additional offers, even though I repeatedly made it clear that I was not interested in further services. As they actually persuaded me to pay an additional fee, which supposedly was necessary to acquire new ISBNs for my book, I didn’t even get an invoice for that payment. I lost trust in the company and notified them of my contract termination, requesting the refund for the unaccomplished services. Neither my request for the invoice for the ISBN payment nor my termination notification has been answered. My emails are ignored. It’s been about a month since I last received a reaction from them. Do not contract with Boundless Book Publishers!

I was a little skeptical about using Boundless Book Publishers for publishing my book. But after talking with Jessica, who made me feel at ease with her professionalism, positive, friendly attitude. She and her team are amazing at doing what they do. Jessica kept me informed every step of the journey. She answered every question that I asked, some that I forgot to ask.
