Julia came to sort out usual wax problems in my ears, as it turned out it was only one ear, but she was friendly and professional. The whole microsuction procedure was explained and she was thorough in terms of making sure I understood what was involved.
Julia also put my wife at ease regarding her very sensitive ears. Charges were very reasonable, and I’ve booked Kayla to do the next check in December!

Excellent service pain free and very nice ladies.
Not the most reverting subject but after seeing what was removed I could not believe it.

Kayla, Julia's just-as-qualified-daughter came out to my 96 year old mum last week. She was kind and friendly, and also made sure mum could hear what she was saying.
Mum was quite nervous about what to expect, but Kayla explained what she was doing and quickly put her at her ease.
The whole process didn't take very long at all, but was both interesting to watch and very worthwhile in terms of wax removal!

Julie is a highly qualified audiologist with decades of experience and this shines through hugely. I first engaged with Julia when looking for someone to take care of my Dad's ears whilst living in a care home. He is unable to travel and I needed someone who could visit him. Julia was amazing from the outset in doing a full review not only of his ears but the condition of his hearing aids also. Julia visits my Dad every 4 weeks to check the health of his ears and do conduct the maintenance of his aids. Without his aids Dad is unable to hear anything and this service, so professional, so knowledgeable, so kind, considerate, so gentle, yet effective in all she does. She is just a wonderful lady, I know my Dad is in the best of hands with Julia and her daughter, both wonderful!

A very experienced professional. As an ex audiologist she was extremely knowledgeable about everything ear wise. Offered some excellent insights into my condition and cleared my ears no problem! Have now booked a regular 6 monthly check up with her.

After suffering with particularly my right ears on & off over the years I was recommended Julie as being able to potentially identiify & rectify my problem.
I made an appointment & after carrying out the pre visit requirments(use earol or similar)for the week leading up to the appointment Julie arrived & was so lovely & friendly very knowledgeable & explained in detail every step of the procedure.
She showed me photos of my ear canals & visible wax that she proceeded to extract,the procedure was quick & painless .
I cannot believe how much wax came out of my right ear it can only be described as looking like a dead insect 🤣 Julie said it had clearly been in there for a very long time.my left ear wasn't so bad but still she managed to extract excess build up.
All in all I would highly recommend Julie to any one who has any ear problems at all.

I was advised to contact Julia by my audiologist as he was unhappy about one of my ears following a lengthy infection. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional and caring way she patiently probed into my recent hearing problems, and once satisfied that she had a full picture examined me and found another problem which no-one else had told me about. After her visit I felt completely at ease with what she had done and also recommended for my on-going ear care. I will happily recommend her to others who need specialist ear care, especially as I feel that the charges are very reasonable for such a caring and professional service.

I have used this service to clear the wax from my elderly Mum's ears several times now and I have been extremely impressed. Julia explained the process very well to Mum and I, showed great care and understanding and successfully removed a large amount of wax.
