On valuation day as Jo was leaving she said "I will sell your house" and my goodness me 4 weeks later she did. We had been with another local agent and had not heard anything from them for weeks no contact and no viewings. Went on with Jo and the team and wow within a few days the phone was ringing with viewings. A couple of offers forwarded ( one had to sell) and bingo we were sold. Good old customer service at its very best…. Jo and her team were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The purchase wasn’t without it’s problems but the communication was great and we never felt the need to chase as we were kept up to date regularly. On the day of completion, they delivered the keys to our house as we were moving 260 miles and they wanted to save us an extra journey.
