Very pleasent guys and very careful with the very large sofa that was collected

Phoned Shelter for collection of my sofa which I wanted to donate. They arranged everything within minutes and collected on my chosen day. Paul and Michael who came for collection arrived right on time and were both polite and professional. Well done.

Two very polite and nice gentleman, who turned up on time and also took time to work how to remove one particular large item.

Had a sofa delivered today . The lads who dropped it off was nice and friendly and helpful . Service with a smile 😃 The sofa should have been delivered on Saturday but the van broke down . They was quick to notify me and get me a slot as fast as possible on Monday wich I am very grateful for . Good service on my opinion 👍

Delivery was pre planned via,text messages which was great as I'm profoundly deaf.

My only gripe was price was excessive from b14 to b14 less than 5 miles £34 ouch

Delivered when they said, guys were experienced, polite, pleasant and careful when bringing it into the house they also put the sofa together on no time. Really delighted with this service.

Seamless service. Excellent communication throughout. The two gentlemen introduced themselves on arrival and I had a photo sent with the booking of each person so I knew who to expect. Would use again and recommend this service.
