The company handled everything perfectly. I only had problems to retrieve my items after my country's customs already had them. Took me the whole day!! As for BraBox, nothing but great things to say about!!
I asked to deliver a small eyeshadow kit. The kit was very small and BRABOX placed in a very big box, full of air pillows that were supposed to protect the product but in reality the product arrived here bent and with some of the eyeshadowsslightly damaged. I was charged 54 dollars for a bad service and I felt overcharged. The product cost less than 8 dollars and I paid 54 dollars to be delivered just because BRABOX put in a very big box.
I will never use the service again and I will not indicate the service to anyone, that´s for sure.
I was not pleased with all your explanations. You placed my product in a very big box, almost 10 bigger than the original size of the product and besides that returning the product was not a choice because due to the value AMAzon wouldn´t accept a return. Anyway I was deeply disappointed and the evaluation will continue the same.

To clarify some points that were part of your complaint:
> We have a calculator on our website to make our shipping rates very clear and prevent surprises. Freight costs may not be compared to the item’s cost because charges are based on volume of the package the product is in.
> You also had the chance to return your product to the store, as you did with another purchase received from Amazon.
> Furthermore, your box wasn’t replaced because it wouldn’t make any difference on the service chosen by you. Usually this is a service has additional charges with other companies but BraBox is able to offer it for free most of the time.
> At last, insurance was included in your service, could you please clarify why insurance wasn’t claimed if the item arrived broken due to transportation?
We’re a very serious company and we take a good care of our customers. Unfortunately, if you don’t see that we’ll understand your decision not to use BraBox services again.

I took at least 30 minutes sending the links of the stuff I want to send to Brazil. It said that in max 24 hours somebody would contact me but is more then a week and nothing.
I called the 3 different phone numbers on their website and none of then answered or retuned the call. They voice mail sound like somebody's personal cell so I'm not even sure this coming still exist.
