What was sold to me was not like the sample I showed and bad quality
I am an old lady who just lost my husband. I had to buy skirting board as a new experience, and went in with a sample.
When I got home I found that what was sold to me was not like the sample. Instead of having a bullnose at the top and straight at the bottom there were bullnoses on each side.There were also multiple cracks lengthways in the wood. Bad experience.

I order sandbags on line as website said Axminster didn't keep them in stock and would email me when in store never heard anything so two day later went to Bradford's on off change they be in, only to be told they keep them in stock and I could have got them on the day I order them which would have been helpful as I need them to prevent flood water entering my property

Delivery is stated as being within two…
Delivery is stated as being within two working days. Only two of the three jumbo bags of mot were delivered on the day arranged and the third still didn’t arrive the following morning as promised leaving us unable to complete the job. As 2 in the afternoon was the earliest they could estimate I cancelled the rest of the delivery. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Good Quality, Easy Choice to Shop There

Thoroughly abysmal service from the…
Thoroughly abysmal service from the tool hire counter at Axminster. I hired a turf cutter and wacker plate from Bradfords Axminster, and instructed to drive 10-miles to the branch and provide two forms of ID, despite the fact that the items were being delivered to my home. A request for full payment + £470 deposit was made which I paid in full on my card. The machines were collected the following day, but my deposit has not been returned 7-days later. After 10 telephone calls, and being cut off by Sam "let me call you back when I find your paperwork" Eventually Same has called me back, and returned my deposit. The best advice I can offer anyone wanting to hire tools is "go elsewhere, and don't risk your money with Bradfords Axminster"

Amazing service
I have been doing a driveway project. And I've been ordering from bradfords because they're local and their customer service is amazing. I'm always called and asked about delivery. And Jason, the driver was exceptional. In helping me position the delivery into a good spot so we still had excess to our driveway.
