PERFECT is how I would describe our experience with Brad Teal. From the initial engagement until the properties were leased was the most seamless process I have ever experienced. I cannot talk highly enough of the Brad Teal Team in particular Laura Butler (Marketing Manager) - just super friendly, very knowledgeable person, just kept me informed from the get go, she would answer all my questions (and I had a lot) very quickly and oversaw the entire process - it was very personal and professional service, I cannot speak highly enough of Laura. Also Jessica Janus(Leasing Manager) was wonderful and very professional – kept me informed after every inspection and helped secure tenants within 1 week of the properties being advertised (and that was during our 5 day lockdown) - that’s like unheard of ! I could not have asked for a better outcome, Thank-you soo much Laura and Jessica - so glad we picked Brad Teal to be our agents.
