Ordered over a month ago and item still…

Ordered over a month ago and item still hasn’t appeared. Have emailed the company, but had no response, though they do keep sending me emails to review my experience………so here you go. Won’t use this company again.

Complaint rectified efficiently; The delivery was short one box

Breeins attended to my complaints below and rectified the problems efficiently, thankyou!

The delivery was short one box, and the sheets inside damaged in one corner - It is impossible to phone Breeins - no number anywhere - the setup nstructions diagrams are not great.

But the 8x8 shed looks good and took 2 days to build - its a little flimsy, not sure how long it will last

I’m very disappointed with this company. Our shed was delivered just over a week ago, but when we tried to assemble it, we found missing parts and duplicate pieces.

I’ve tried contacting them for a week with no response. Very poor customer service, and I’ve been left with a shed that isn’t fit for purpose. I’m now taking the matter up with my credit card company.

Don’t buy from them!

Problem rectified

Very poor customer service

Have only received part of my order and have stopped getting replies to my emails from Kalley. I would like to know when the rest of my order will be delivered or when I will get a refund. Really poor customer service and no phone number to actually speak to someone so you can get a response.

Although instructions could be a bit…

Although instructions could be a bit clearer, the shed is well made, sturdy and no issues with holes not aligning.
It took 2 of us approx 3hours to erect

Delivery

Despite asking for an approximate delivery time (as nobody was in), at no time was I notified of a delivery time.
My neighbour told me I had packages outside.
Several hours later you told me the delivery had been made.
This was a very poor service

I've already left a review for this company but I am daily receiving requests to leave a review. I have not received my item, I have not received my refund and for two weeks now, the company has simply not replied to any of my emails or messages. To clarify, once your order had been dispatched it was not possible to cancel it immediately. However, as soon as we received your request, we contacted the courier to arrange a recall. The parcel has since been successfully returned.

At present, we’re unable to issue the refund directly because a chargeback has been opened with your payment provider. When a chargeback is initiated, the transaction is placed under review by the bank, which temporarily prevents us from processing a standard refund on our side.

Our customer support team has contacted you with the necessary information to help resolve this. Once the chargeback process is updated or closed by your payment provider, we will be able to proceed accordingly.

Regarding the review reminder emails, these are typically sent automatically by the review platform after a purchase and are not manually triggered by us.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and kindly ask that you follow the guidance provided by our support team so the refund can be completed as quickly as possible.

Poor quality sheet metal

Shed blew away in the wind due to ground mounts snapping, and the sheets crippled. Not even 2 weeks old. No returns or compensation due to faulty product
