They cancelled my order because I asked about the ongoing fraud case in the news. They seem super paranoid if u just mention it and will block you no matter what. They are part of a mormon cult which followers write positive reviews for them to fake happy customers. Even the police are in on it in their head quarters. They lie, lie and lie shamelessly. Here they tell you they are not bricksandminifigs, but this makes absolutely no sense as it is a trademark name and protected. Why would you believe someone who lies constantly? Maybe change the name? How about NarcisstAndBricks or NarcisstAndTricks?

It is clear that there is a deep corruption, and rot within the Utah police department, investigating clear theft and fraud with stolen Lego worth over $200,000. Shameful behaviour, as always with these companies, taking no accountability for the behaviour of franchisees at local level.

Absolutely appalled by the events surrounding BAM’s theft of an elderly man’s LEGO collection. At every juncture that there was an opportunity to do the right thing, whether by corporate or anyone affiliated with BAM all the way down to franchise staff, every loophole and evasion was used to defraud a sick old man of a LEGO collection that he rightfully owns. Their actions speak volumes about their corporate culture and anyone with a shred of integrity would avoid this company at all costs.

We all know why they're getting reviewed like this. They even have police going after YouTubers trying to help raise money for the victim

Absolut dogshit of an company, using the police to their advantage because the CEO and two other goons have the same believes as the policemen doesn't make any sense. After that the police raided an youtubers house and searched his car for allegedly having stolen Lego's in them which is ironic giving the fact that this shitty ass company stole 200k worth of Lego's.

One of their franchisee took a man's Lego collection worth around $200K and refused to give it back to him. Corporate then went out of their way to obfuscate and stall investigation into this matter, attacking and unleashing the corrupt local police on Ben for his attempt to have justice. One of the WORST companies ever!!

This company is very shady, will sign a contract with you say they dont make those kinds of conteacts. Get sued for this, loses in court an then uses the utah police to intimidate anyone involved. If you value your possessions dont get robbed here.

They will take your things and if you want your things back they will try to get you arrested.they have all the money to spend on courtfees..this is an evil horrible "empire" how can they claim to believe in God but act so evil.
