The refinance of our property was successfully completed on 9 October, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Chris, Mary and Joe for their outstanding support throughout the process.

We wanted to get a bridging loan for a property we are refurbishing and got recommended to try Bridgemore Capital and I am so glad we did.
We contact them and was greeted by the founder, Chris Britto who put are minds at rest as this was our first time applying for a bridge and as we had both been made redundant it was quite a tricky situation for Chris and his team to achieve. Not knowing anything about bridging, Chris run through start to finish what was needed and how it all worked. I had lots of questions at different times and Chris was always there to answer them, even if they were minor. He kept us in the loop all the way as well as Mary who was fantastic.
