Preparing for Discharge
Preparing for the Discharge of our Mortgage was a very simple procedure, it was much easier than organising the actual loan only because we found applying for the loan via the internet a bit overwhelming.
Staff have been extremely helpful and courteous all the way through. We look forward to settlement taking place with ease in due course.

Everyone I dealt with at Bridgit was helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Candice (BDM) checked in with me regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and Andrew kept me in the loop about what was needed to move my clients’ application forward in a very clear and timely manner. I never had to wait long to get the answers I needed. I recommend Bridgit highly.

Whilst we did encounter some issues, these mostly stemmed from 3rd party sources. The priority that was placed on this file and constant updates was truly appreciated.

My dealing with Bridgit
This is the first time I have dealt with Bridgit, I have found them easy to deal with, they give clear instructions using every day language I can understand. Unfortunately there was one instance where I had to send them an email as I thought I had signed the mortgage documents incorrectly. They didn’t answer me so I had to contact my mortgage broker who answered my question. This was the only negative I encountered

George, Tom & Andrew were very professional, helpful & followed up in a timely manner on all my questions. A pleasure to do business with and guided me through what was a stressful situation for me. I will certainly be recommending you to my network who may require a bridge.
The only matter that I believe you should address is communicating your fee structure in a more transparent manner. The manner in which you rebate upfront fees is not clear and difficult to follow. All the best to you in scaling Bridgit in 2024 & beyond.
