Booked after being let down by another company. Great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Safe Gas as I wanted an inspection of the water tank at a property I am buying. Not only did they inspect the water tank, but they also, without my asking, inspected the boiler and the gas hob. I was very impressed as I hadn't even mentioned these. Communication was quick and professional; everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I think the standard charge was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Safe Gas and would definitely use them again if needed.

Great service all round, from the helpful staff that I spoke to on the phone, to Paul, the engineer that came and diagnosed the fault with our boiler. I would have been happy to have you repair the boiler, the only reason I didn’t was because the manufacturer agreed to repair it at a lower cost. But I will certainly contact you again for any plumbing/heating issues I have.

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Tomacz and team at Safe Gas and can't praise them enough. They arrived on time, did the job cleanly and efficiently with as little disruption as possible, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend.

From arranging the appointments,
always arriving on time, advising on appropriate options and sorting the problem out (shower plumbing) - everything done as you would hope. Not my usual experience.
