Overall, I like the finish and feel when using the Brio to trim my beard but I don't like how often my hairs get pulled, it makes the shave more time consuming and uncomfortable. I would prefer using the Phillips Norelco over the Brio.

Great product. The beard looks nicely spaced. I use the 1.9 setting without the clipper.

Glad I toke AlphaM advice and bought those clippers i wasn't sure if it was going to be as good as he talks about it, but it is and very inexpensive too, fast shipping and great product, maybe the only comment i have is that it doesn’t shave as close as other products that’s even cheap products maybe that’s due to the ceramic blade. But over all you will be very very satisfied.

The Brio is a fantastic powerful trimmer for the whole face. The one thing is that the attachments do pull on your hairs from time to time.

Love their products! Also, shipment and customer service is great!! Would buy again.

I thought the shaver was pretty nice, good quality, had attachments and even a nice case to hold everything in. I hope to have it for several years. I would recommend buying this product.

I love my new Brio Sonic toothbrush. It is gentle but very effectively cleans my teeth...truly worth every dollar spent on it!

I've been pretty pleased with this trimmer. I wish it cut just slightly closer when using without a guard, but otherwise have no complaints. It cuts my beard well and always feel plenty powerful.

My actual only complaint* (Update Below) - and not against the trimmer itself (which is why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars) is that I forgot the trimmer didn't come standard with the travel case (I purchased through Amazon last time).

I gave my trimmer to my brother and needing a new one right away, I bought directly from Brio. If I would have purchased the trimmer through Amazon again instead, I would have clearly noticed it did not come with the case and would have received the travel case for only $5 more instead of $15. A little annoying they give a better deal on Amazon than directly from their site!

*Update: Shortly after writing this review, someone from the company reached out to me with a very kind reply, which I felt was worth mentioning and I have updated my review to 5 stars. Customer service should always be rewarded in my opinion!

So comparable to the Phillips Sonicare but Brio has the greater Price! I love how light it is and the bristles are super soft! I’m a dental hygienist and would definitely recommend this to all my patients.

I'm loving it so far. I'm a newbie so I don't have much to compare it to.
