Very good product but very bad costumer service . My product came after 2 weeks , and the people that talk to me about it were rude

Cuts like butter!

Pros:

- Great customer service and super-fast shipping.
- Solid product feel and quality.
- Motor speed/battery life control.
- Display screen.

Cons:

- Increments between the guard attachments don't make sense to me; they go from 1–2mm, then 3–6, 9–12 & 15–18. The integrated rake on the trimmer already goes from 1.0–1.9mm, so why would one need a 1–2mm guard? It'd make more sense to provide 3–4mm guards and up. And having the increments skip from 3 to 6mm is annoying because those missing in-between measurements are useful to have with a trimmer.
- The guard attachments can be difficult to snap onto the trimmer, and I'm concerned that the plastic nubs on them may wear out over time or break off from constant usage (I have to attach/detach mine with every use).
- Although the battery life is long, a full charge is stated to take up to three hours. Other popular brands of trimmers have reduced charge time down to an hour with their battery technology.
- The load state indicator is confusing and unnecessary; I think they should have made a simple warning light that turns on whenever cleaning/maintenance is necessary, instead of placing a series of lights that you need to monitor like a technician.
- The carrying case (although nice) was poorly considered; you can barely fit the trimmer, two attachments (strategically positioned), the user's manual (folded), and cleaning brush in there. More important things like the charging plug & cable that you'd need while traveling would need to stay out and placed elsewhere.

I can see this product getting better over time if Brio improves upon the existing design and functionality of the trimmer by possibly addressing some of the issues that I stated above.

I love the display and how it cuts hair. Fantastic product! ***Update***The plastic coloring smeared because I guess there was rubbing alcohol on it. A magic eraser took care of the smear, and all is good! I would like to thank Brio customer support for reaching out here, which shows their dedication to making their customer's happy. I have also purchased their electric toothbrush, which is awesome as well! They will continue receiving my business.

I am new to understanding the best way to groom my beard. I had always pride myself on a clean shave back in the day and did that with the best products available, from the old school Art of Shaving to even more old school, Truefitt and Hill. Now that I am growing out my beard, I again want the best, which is why I went with Brio...and I have not been disappointed!
